The owners contacted us saying someone was complaining about the noise we made. We were super quiet and not even there when they messaged about the complaint. We didn't hear any noise at all. Felt like they were gonna kick us out

As there is no staff, it is not possible to leave the luggages anywhere. I don't suggest it to people staying only two days/ one night, except if traveling only with a light pack. We had to waste time to finding a locker for the luggages on the second day there.

Big room, super clean. We didn't use it, but there was also a washing machine, so it's pretty convenient if staying several days. The normal bed were ok, but we were five people and there are only four beds so one person had to sleep in a sofa bed that was extremely small and uncomfortable.

The location of the property was easy to get to and it was close to the Peace Memorial Park, restaurants, and shopping areas. The facility had a washing/drier machine.

The sofa couches are at the end of their lives. They were incredibly uncomfortable to sit on, let all sleep. They springs poked through and divots and some parts. The blinds in the bedroom were far too light. The room was bright at first light. This place is too small for any more than 4 people

The closet at the entrance has strong smell of feet, very disgusting, once you open the wardrobe the whole place smells. That put me off. Not nice at all.

There is no dining table or chairs to use to eat breakfast etc - eating out is really the only option even though advertised as self contained.The blinds in the bedrooms were flimsy - bring eye masks! The front entrance is being repaired and there were no hand rails to enter the building - dangerous and slippery steps when raining! There are only steps to get into the building - no ramps so be aware. No bowls in the kitchen. The pillows were awful.

This was a small apartment in a dodgy looking private building with businesses and other homes, which wasn't really clear from listing. The kitchen area was very small and the sofas were not comfortable to sit on. Also it would have been nice to have more than just plastic plates and cups in the kitchen!

The location was good for both the station and eating out. The kitchen was suitable for heating meals in the microwave (not really cooking) and there was a washing machine which is super handy after several days travelling.

Stairs to enter building, having to make a phone call to get access code, couches not comfortable (minor), some noise from other apartments (minor), beds quite soft but still got good sleep.

I didn’t like that I couldn’t communicate with anyone. There was no front desk. The contact person that I got on the phone didn’t speak English.

The inside of the apartment was wonderful. It was clean,spacious and comfortable. The location was central and convenient.

The check in is DIY and the building from the front and outside the apartment is not particularly inviting.

This is like a typical Japanese apartment and having a washer/dryer and microwave + fridge/freezer was great. Good option for families. Pictures on the website are accurate.

The place wasn’t very welcoming. I got a message saying that I was walking too loud! There were notices pasted saying that they will call the police if loud noises were made etc. Despite paying good money to stay at a lodging it certainly didn’t feel welcoming and homely.

Close to many of the historical locations. Close to good restaurants and located in the heart of the city. Was clean and spacious.

Very strategic location. Easy access to food, tourist spots and shopping. Very easy self check in method. The house is clean, beds are comfortable, toilet n shower room are good with hot water available. We have 5 travellers and we stayed well. Not to forget, the washer and dryer is superb!! It helped us a lot in doing our laundry as we travel everyday and multiple places. Owner is very respo.nsive and thoughtful( umbrellas were provided). This was plus points as it was raining during our stay unfortunately. Definitely a recommended place to stay!!
