Location is not super-easy: it took around 15 mins to come from buses with luggage. But it’s located in between the main attractions of the town so that’s not a significant inconvenience.

A very comfortable zone of self care: face soap, lotions, hair dryers – lots of them, placed in front of the mirrors and solo-chairs. Big cabins for sleep and a comfortable lounge zone. Friendly staff so you can leave your luggage before check-in and after check-out.

Very affordable accommodation right in front of Fujikyu highland. Everything was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, right by the theme park and train line and buses that are included in the Fuji hakone free pass. 24hr Lawson next door too. Amazing views of Mt Fuji from the park on a clear day. Note that you do have to be out of the hotel between 10 and 3 everyday for them to clean, but this was fine for me because there's so much to do in the area anyway!

The common area was very basic, just a few tables and chairs with a TV.

Perfect base for exploring Mt Fuji, it's lakes and also going to the theme park. It's located right next to the train station and a 15min walk from the bus station and the onsen (which is at the other end of the theme park). The capsules where comfortable and super clean. There's a lawson 24hr convenience store next to it and also quite a few restaurants.

You have to be out 10am-3pm for cleaning.

Very close to the station and bus stop. The hotel is literally behind Fuji-Q Highland so if you're planning to visit there it's very convenient. They allowed me to leave my luggage when I was too early. All facilities are clean. Plenty of showers, sinks and toilets.

If other patrons are using strong perfumes, fragrances, etc. it could be bothersome if you’re sensitive to that. For a brief stay it wasn’t an issue.

Quite & surprisingly comfortable, pillows & bedding adequate. Very clean with plenty of amenities for the price point. Hair dryer, toiletries, towels, lockers, slippers, etc. Felt safe and secure.

It was not the hotel’s fault at all, but there was a guest who was talking loudly on the phone in the bedroom area and I woke up because of him. Considering the situation I would not blame hotel staffs for it. Aside from that one guest, it was all good.

Even though there is a train station right over the rail, the bedroom area is quiet. Bunk bed is very comfortable. Both shower rooms and toilet areas are well maintained. Microwaves and hot water are available at the lounge for us to use. And staffs are very polite and friendly. I have stayed in this capsule hotel a few times already, and I recommend this place to my friends and would like to come back again.

As there are many capsules close to each other you can hear well as when the others leaving. Also not a place for a long, deep sleep.

It is almost a perfect place, everything perfectly organised until the last details. Clean and very comfortable.

It’s hard to get there from bus stop at night in Fuji Q entrance (bus from Tokyo). The instructions on Google were confusing, because park and gates were closed. We needed to figure out the right way to get there. And at some point we needed to walk through the fence. Would be good to have explanations about this route as well on the website or somewhere (map for nighttime check in)

Very close to Fuji Q park. There’s a combini nearby. Pretty spacious building, spacious cabins, easy check in, good bathroom. I didn’t expect them to have amenities! Late check in is available.
