all went well. location in the Fujiyoshida city would have been better but it was all booked out.

Amazingly clean! beds are so comfortable and good sense of privacy, box is large, everyone keep quiet in the sleeping room. I had a very good sleep! Washing rooms are well equipped. in the female one there are creams, hair dryers etc. There is hot water in the hall room to make tea or noodles. it’s in the Fuji Q station and to get to Kawaguchico lake you will need a liner tram to get to the station, and then a bus or 40 min walk to get to the north part of the lake. can reach chureito pagoda by walk. good value for money

Everything was clean, the only thing I’ve noticed was a bad smell at the toilet / urinal section of the bathroom - they have many air fresheners there, but I think they should rather take a look at the underlying piping problem. Given that it’s a big capsule hotel it lacks personality compared to smaller hostels, but that’s to be expected.

Conveniently located. Trains from Fujikju Highland depart regularly and don’t take long to Kawaguchiko (just use your Suica card). It’s a capsule hotel of the „gigantic“ category, meaning there are tons of capsules. Despite that, it wasn’t noisy or messy during my stay. Staff were friendly. You do have to leave the hostel from 10 to 3 I believe - but you should be out exploring anyways.

No fridge or kitchen

Great position to visit the area as is nearby bus and tram stations. The cabin is quite large and the bed is comfortable, toilets clean and with lots of showers. Washing and drying machine available. Convenience store right next door.

Had to leave the entire building from 10 to 15 o'clock. It smelled weird (not necessarily bad) in the sleeping rooms, but not a big deal. The "kitchen" could use some more utensils. You can't really cook anything.

The cabins were spacious and well designed. I liked to stay there.

Could hear hairdryers going faintly all night. I wouldn't want to be the capsule next to the bathroom door!

Close to the Fuji Q station and 40 minutes by foot from the chureito pagoda. The capsule was very big and spacious. The staff was very nice !!

Temp felt bit got and uncomfortable, difficult to fall asleep. (gets better middle of night when I assume is ac turning on)

Quality of facilities were quite high. And I assumed to be a "coffin" sized capsule turned out to be way more spacious than expected from photos. Plenty of space to stretch and turn around. Beer vending machine in lobby is also nice and convenient.

I liked that it is cheaper than other hotels but it is more comfortable than a hostel. You have your own enclosed capsule with a large bed, light and power socket. The locker for storing luggage, bathroom equipped with towels, hairdryer and various soaps. A relaxation area below with internet access and the possibility of eating on the tables

- Only issue is you have to be out of the Hotel for cleaning between 11-3 (ish) Which if it’s raining is a bit annoying as you’re stuck outside

- literally inside the theme park, you get off the train at Thomas Land - the capsules are very spacious - fresh bedding is provided everyday - excellent value for money if you’re on a budget - Even though the hotel was fairly full it was quiet at night, bar a few snorers

The capsules were a great, comfortable size, and the bathrooms were amazing. A bit of a walk from the Tokyo-Fuji bus station when you have bags, but it’s manageable. great views of Fuji from there on a clear day. Super close to local train/bus stations with restaurants and convenience stores around. Can absolutely recommend.

They kick you out of the entire building from 10-3 everyday for cleaning, which I can understand to just leave your dorm or the area that was being cleaned at that moment, but not even being able to use the common area during that time if we were around was a little annoying (only experienced that our last day)

Very clean, great location, kind staff, really liked how the lockers were outside of the dorm room so you didn’t hear anyone packing up early in the morning. Beds very spacious and comfortable

The hotel is very clean. The staff is friendly. The customers can leave the luggage before check in and travel in Kawaguchiko next station. It is very near Fuji Q Highland and Fuji Q station to reach Tokyo.

We stayed here one night to explore the area around Mt. Fuji and avoid the crowds, it was a fantastic decision. The capsules are spacious and very comfortable. The cleaners do such a fantastic job 👏-the capsules, toilets and shower areas were impeccable!! The hotel also offers Shisedo amenities, my skin is glowing ✨ The location is very convenient as well, there is a bus stop next door and a main local/express train station behind. This is the perfect opportunity to have the Japanese capsule experience in a comfortable way without breaking the bank.

My neighbour opposite was coughing. I wish they have a mechanism to find sick people and have them in a separate section. I wasn’t able to sleep till late

Beautifully clean and very cozy. Right by the train station. Good Japanese BBQ and Chinese restaurants right next door as well as a Lawson.
