The double bed was against the wall, which is awkward for two sleepers; the room was small as expected but there would have been room to allow a narrow passage between the bed and wall with a small bedside shelf. The communal area was stylish but the rooms were rather drab. There was no choice of pillow; I found the ones provided very uncomfortable though elsewhere in Japan I had no issues.

The location is excellent, close to Shinjuku Station and backing onto the Golden Gai. The breakfast was good with western and Japanese options. The staff were very helpful.

Hotel is quite near to Shinjuku station, comfy bed, great staff and service. Thank you Mr Taro helped us booked 3 taxi from the hotel to train station timely. He went extra miles by fulfilling my requests. Really appreciate for His great help! Recommended to stay here!

Very strong perfume smell in the lobby. Bed was quite firm and thin. The street that the entrance is on is not very clean and quite busy, but it never felt unsafe.

Standard small accommodations, but expected for Tokyo. I was amazed by how quiet our room was despite the hotel being on a busy street and right next to Golden Gai. The blackout curtains worked very well too. Less than 10 minutes walking to the nearest train stations.

We have been there before (under the old name/owned by a different company). Everything refurbished now soeven better than before. In the middle of Kabuki-cho, so expect all the nightlife right in front of the door

The only small hiccup we had was that the staff provided towels only for 2 when we were three. Some days we specifically informed at the reception to provide towels for a family of 3 and other days we forgot.

We absolutely loved how conveniently this hotel is located in the most happening district - Shinjuku. It's proximity to wide range of shops enabled us to make last-min purchases without hassle. The surroundings were always buzzing with life and perfect for families to get into the vibe. Buffet breakfast was delicious and worth the price. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it. Staff are very helpful and very kind.

A bit of a walk from train station (7-10min depending on the subway/train you want).
