The pillows were uncomfortable and the rooms were not very sound proof. Good value for the price we paid!

The decor was clean and modern. The staff were very helpful and they stored our baggage for us after check out.

Rooms are a little smaller than some similar hotel chains, but fine for a short stay.

Comfortable and well equipped. Helpful staff. UK TV news and English language films were a plus. Nice breakfast.

The bathroom was the smallest of all the places we stayed in Japan. The location is on the other side of Nagoya station from where most of the activities are.

The location near Nagoya station is convenient and the neighborhood is quiet and has restaurants and a convenience store close by.

Location was good and not too far from the station. We stayed for 3 nights at APA hotel in Osaka right before arriving at this hotel. When unpacking we realize we left an iphone charger which is still attached to the charging electricity socket on top of the bed. We asked the front desk to help contacting their sister hotel in Osaka to find out about it. The result was negative. But they lend us another iphone charger during our 4 nights stay. So this was nice.

The room was small and the fan in the toilet was not that powerful.

The room was modern and nice. The hotel is near the Nagoya station and Lawson. It had all the comforts you need, city view was good.

They just had space for 2 cars in the parking lot. However there are privates parking spots close to the hotel. (Of course the payment is apart for the hotel stay )

It was clean and close to the station where you can find plenty of restaurants and places to grab food. So the location 10/10.

Not all APA-TV movies have english subtitles. While the room is bigger than usual, the bathroom is still small.

Convenient location on a fairly quiet street. Toyota Car-rental is very close to the hotel making for easy pick-up. There is a large Family Mart convenient store located just opposite the road. Not far walk from Nagoya Shinkansen station too. Several anime related stores located behind the hotel. Unusually larger room for a business hotel. The room was comfortable with under-bed storage for suitcases. The chair has roller wheels which is a nice touch for not being an obstacle. Recycle bins for plastics located in room. Wifi was fast and stable. Free APA-TV movies were available during our visit. Unsure if this is a promotional period or permanent. Heated toilet seat and heaps of bathroom amenities like toothbrushes, combs, disposable razor etc. Light switches built into bed headboard for convenient reach. Plenty of hooks located on the walls for hanging coats and jackets. Friendly staff that speak English. Coin laundry machines at the ground floor and staff always has change for notes into coins.

Size of the room, cold in the room.

There are three APA Ekimae hotels in Nagoya, and this one does not appear in Google maps, so it is a bit of a hassle to find. The lobby is tiny and so is the room (single, king bed), but it includes everything one needs for a short stay (fridge, electric kettle, tv set, bottle of water) and is very clean. I could barely move in the bathroom, it was so small. The bed was super comfy. What I did not appreciate on a cold night was the chill coming through the window, the room was freezing. Breakfast was included in my stay, it was made to order, Japanese-style and lovely. The hotel is located close to the train station, but away from the traffic, so it is very quiet. A lot of restaurants and stores nearby.
