We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

CroatiaThe employees are great, the breakfast was lovely (I finally tried natto), loved the location, too. Perhaps the price that I paid could have been lower, but at least I had great views from my rooms (two rooms, because I spent at this (large) hotel the first nights and the last four nights of the same trip - it was my fourth visit to Japan). Also, free snacks, and very tasty, too!

Staff in this apa hotel is better with english and customar care. Location was decent and since I booked 15 m2 room it was better. Before, I booked a 10 m2 room which is a horrible mistake. It is impossible to stay in 10-11 m2 rooms. So definitely book 15m2.

Bathroom accessories: toothbrush and toothpaste, razor, hairbrush. Location was perfect, in the business area. You can walk to the Umeda station in 15-20 minutes, where you can go shopping or take the JR line to Kyoto. When leaving the hotel you will immediately see a metro station, which is very convenient. Where you can easily access to the Namba station. Worth for the price!
