We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

We started with a morning escape spa package which was amazing. Location is beitiful and the lesure wasn’t overly busy with set times for family swims On checking in we were meet by Gordon who showed us to our room which had the most stunning view of the beach and the Ayrshire cost My 40th birthday suprise from the staff was a beautiful kind gesture. We will never forget this experience

Breakfast together with the service was very good. We were overjoyed when the lady at the check out desk granted us with a credit of £100. We were obliged to check out 1 day early and the refund was far more than we would have expected.

United KingdomThe mattress wasn't quite as comfy as I'd hoped, BUT the pillows were soft and squishy. Had a fantastic sleep. The room and views were just stunning.
Absolutely amazing hotel, which is in a beautiful area. The bedroom views are stunning. We could see right along the coast line. All the staff were exceptionally polite and friendly. We were treated like royalty, they couldn't help us enough. The swimming and spa areas are very clean and great to use. 100% recommended this hotel.

IrelandConstruction work and the spa had no toiletries to take a shower.
Location was perfect, shame no direct access to the beach for early morning sea swim, had to go left or right 5/10 mins to gain access. Room was lovely and view very nice apart from the non stop (and not mentioned at all when booking) golf open construction work, noise all day and interrupted views at the bar. Lovely food and staff were excellent and so so accommodating… Had a lovely start and will go back.
