Room smelt slightly damp. There’s only two washing machines in the whole hotel and people would forget to take their washing out so if you needed to do a wash you had to take a lot of time to walk back and forth to see if it was empty yet.

Staff were accommodating to the fact I don’t speak Japanese. I’ve stayed in a lot of spa’s the last couple of years and this was the biggest room I’ve had. The hotel is perfect walking distance from the station and a shopping mall.

The room was REALLY small, the smallest we’ve stayed in in Japan. There was no way to normally open a suitcase in there. The bathroom was also really small. So small, that the same water supply was used for the sink and the shower.

The hotel is on walking distance from the Okayama Station, which is nice. It’s located just across the street of a big Aeon Mall.

the whole hotel and corridors slightly smells like smoke, seems to be targeted to specific people. i wouldn’t stay there for more than a night. we were given a smoking room even though we booked a non smoking room. Luckily we could change it and the staff was kind, yet not the best arrival.

Everything: the hotel, its ideal location close to the station and a big mall as well, the sento was very good, my room was big, confortable, with all the needed facilities. I absolutely recommend it.

The staff wasn't always speaking English, which was hard to communicate to sometimes. Cleaning was not done by default (as in other hotels we had been) but you needed to put a sticker on the door, which was forgetful sometimes, but still fine.

Location was very close to the train station, and just in front of a big mall, which was very convenient. The staff was kind and nice, the room was a good size compared to other rooms I've been on during my stay in Japan and it was pretty clean.

Close to the train station it is a quick walk. There are supermarkets, convenience stores and restaurants very close by. The staff was very welcoming and despite being there earlier than check in time, I could leave my luggage with them. The room was located in the annex building which is a short walk through a hallway. It had the perfect size for an overnight stay and all the amenities one could wish for. It was very clean, the bathroom as well. The bed was comfortable to sleep at and even with the window leading out to the street, it was a peaceful night.

There were a few loud drunk guests who would run up and down the halls yelling in Spanish, but that’s not really the fault of the Hotel so I’m not too upset.

Very nice location about 10 min walk from Station with all my bags. Also right next to supermarket and not too far from Okayama Castle (half hour walk). Also good laundry services.

Extremely small room, as in any other Apa hotel, loud housekeeping since early morning (8 am), which is unacceptable as check in time is 3 pm and check out 10 am.

Excellent location, 5 minutes waling from the station, overall clean property, value for money, kind staff at the reception, luggage on hold if you arrive before check-in time.

I liked the public bath/spa facility and of course, it's strategic location near the station. It is also just opposite a shopping mall and eateries are conveniently close by. This is one of the better APA chain of hotels that I've stayed in.

I liked that it was very close to Aeon Mall. The mall is connected to Okayama station underground. The hotel was only one street away from Aeon mall.

Best APA hotel I have been so far. The staff at the reception was very helpful and spoke very good English. The facilities are very good and you also have Spa/onsen which is a bonus. Very close to JR station and to a nice shopping mall.

It was a bit noisy - I could hear the noise from the cars and trucks coming from the street at night. I don't remember if the hotel claims they have soundproofing but oveeral it's not a disaster.

Good value for money. The room is very spacious compared to APA hotel rooms in Tokyo or Osaka, which is great.

I found the room small and disliked the bathroom where you needed to step up to step down. Up and down, it drove me crazy 🤪. Maybe because of the long weekend or the inclusion of the onsen, it was expensive almost double what I paid for my previous hotel.

while the room amenities are clean, i found a strand of hair in one of the bath towels... may not be a big deal to some people but i am not one of them... ;)

location is very good... very near the JR station of Okayama... there are a lot of konbini nearby and access to establishments to get food or simply make a quick stroll... the room is pretty and clean in general... the bed is comfortable and i like that the bathroom is clean...
