While the staff was reachable easily on WhatsApp, but there was no one to meet upon reaching or offer help. Plus no one comes for cleaning and more over city tax was charged separately.

Got bitten by mosquitoes was the worst part of this trip there. Also the towels are not soft. There’s no conditioner so please bring your own.

Only thing cpuld do with proper curtains in bedroom next to kitchen as got woken up early with sunlight in eyes. Would definitely recommend though

The stairs were probably my only unfavorite part, but that is because I have RA and I struggled a bit.

The location is close to the Rialto Bridge, and quite central in Venice. The accommodation is really big, with big rooms, no aircon but with the windows open and the fans on it was quite comfortable for a family of 8. (There were only 4 of us) The pictures do the accommodation justice. Venice is Venice and it is a little bit more expensive due to tourism, so was expected. The host was great and easy to communicate with. They even assisted with our luggage hold till we were ready to leave Venice later in the day.

If you choose to keep the windows open overnight, it can get loud from the echoes from the canals. The stairs are a little step for bringing luggage up and down the unit.

The location was phenomenal. Being minutes from the Rialto Bridge made it convenient to lots of options for food, shopping and transportation.

The location of the house was on a busy street. Late night noises from party goers into 3 am. Difficult to get a good rest. Better location for young people looking to go out and stay up late. Unfortunately we were over 60 years olds.

The only complaint was the noise from the canal in the morning. They were doing work on the canal between 7am and 9am. I guess they have to get it done before the gondolas are running thru with tourists. No fault of the host and hopefully finished soon.

The location was perfect. Just steps to the Grand Canal and the water taxi, grocery store and restaurants. It is just a 3 minute walk to the Riato Bridge and shops. The apartment was large and perfect for the 4 of us to stretch out and have some alone time during our 2 week multi city vacation. The beds were comfortable and we were happy to find Netflix on the TV. The host were very responsive and easy to communicate with.

There was a lift, but it was private, and apartment guests aren't allowed to use it. Understandable from the loft owner's point of view, but the stairs were a bit difficult for older travelers with luggage. We managed slowly, and it was only a minor inconvenience.

There was excellent communication with the proprietors with good directions to the apartment. The apartment was huge! Sparkling clean and the beds very comfortable. The location was excellent with the Rialto bridge only a few steps away and the water taxi stop was super close and easy to navigate.
