Muscitos are really annoying. Full WiFi coverage all over the site would be nice.

We liked the pools and all activity options. We felt really safe in the pools. Lifeguards were strict but nice to kids - on the job :)

beds (mattrace) could be better (Bellagio Small), lot of mosquitoes (this cant be probably solved better as Holiday Village is localized in the Po delta)

The gym, it's an added value to have an open Gym in the facility but it looks a bit unfollowed.. a bit of maintenance an some cleaning it would be perfect

Hotel is pet friendly but unfortunately a few pet owners were not. Those kept theirs dogs indoor whole day. They cried and barked. This was sometimes really annoying and we were sad for the dogs. This is not a negative comment but night shows were in Italian . I am sure they were good but we couldnt enjoy very much.

Apparently they tried to protect against mosquitos, but it does not work at all. The animation could be improved. Most kids rather play with the gaming machines next door, which is just very expensive alternative.

The location is great. Many families. Kids find friends easily. Nice option for pools and beach. Food was ok.

Mosquitos - but the management is spraying the area over night. Otherwise it would have been umbearable. We did not enjoy the food in the restaurant.

Private beach with well stocked bar for reasonable prices. Great pools for the whole family to enjoy. The shop and the market has everything: from butter to shoes and it is not overpriced so you don't have to leave the village if you don't want to.

The tend that we rent was not clean, dirty toilets and dinner outdoor table and chairs. There is unnormal ammount of moskitos.

We did encounter a few areas that could use improvement. The presence of mosquitoes was quite troubling, making it uncomfortable to stay outdoors during the evening. Perhaps more could be done in terms of pest control to ensure the comfort of your guests. Also, while we understand that quality comes at a cost, we found the food pricing a bit steep, particularly considering the quality didn’t quite meet our expectations.

The cleanliness was top-notch, and the wide variety of family-friendly amenities - ranging from pools for all ages to sports facilities like tennis, paddle tennis, football, and volleyball - made our stay not just comfortable, but also enjoyable and fun-filled.

Mosquitos everywhere! Bring bug spray. That’s not necessarily the fault of the property at all. I have no actual complaints about the property.

The facility has everything you need, so there’s no reason to have to leave the property. The supermarket has convenient hours of operation as well. There are plenty of activities that the property puts together for the guests like horse back riding, archery, football, and tennis.

There were some mosquitoes, but not that much to ruin the holiday, some parts of the children's entertainment program starts only in the mid of June.

We did not get the keys to our cabin until 6pm, that's not clearly stated and was a shock when we got there. Yes, you can use the facilities, but providing keys at 6, basically at the end of the day is unacceptable.

Lots of people so it is difficult to find some privacy. You need to like such way of spending holidays.

The house was quite small but thanks to the terrace it was enough. At the end we spent most of the time outside. Very close to the beach, swimming pools and additional facilities were the plus. You can go there with the kids and they will be occupied all day long.

We chose a lodge tent. Price was great. Inside is very clean, modern with everything you need , great deck but the outside is a little worn. The window blinds fasten with clasps, many broke off in my hand when fastening them, just wrotten with heat and age. Some zips were also broken. But the big BUT... was the tents inside are not a sealed unit and you just can not keep mosquitoes and flys out! Doors don't seal and the tents are open at the floor level. So maybe spend a little extra and just get a cabin instead. There are newer fancier tents available so maybe they are better? Our other concern was the mosquitoes, obviously we are on the delta and its inevitable but the camp site spray poison insecticide during the night. They notify you in advance but it's still a safety concern for us..especially as we couldn't properly seal the tent. The first time we were unprepared and coughed, and worried about getting our teenagers to come in before the spraying. So it's a dilemma to consider as without the spraying for sure the mosquitoes would be unbearable!

We are a family with 3 teenagers, loved the pools and all the inclusive sports activities here. Only extra was horse riding. Kids loved the teen entertainment day and night. Shop prices were ok and great choice of fresh food. Complex was spotlessly clean, toilet facilities for our dog were great. Everything was well maintained. Beach was sandy and clean, cafe and toilets and large free beach for the dog. Staff were friendly and helpful, extended our stay for 2 nights extra. Kids loved the entertainment team.

mosquitoes just ruined the whole vacation. If you are going to go camping, stock up on mosquito repellent. The prices in the store are very high, a gas cylinder costs 5 times more than in Decathlon
