It would have been greatly appreciated to have an iron and board in our room so we could wear so fresh clothes.

The outlook was beautiful and the hotel was lovely. The food was great, the staff was excellent, and as we missed our last breakfast because we had to leave early, the Receptionist organised for the chef to pack us two bags of water, fruit, focaccia bread and pastries. That was so kind and greatly appreciated for our long journey ahead. Thank you everyone.

Villa is stunning, staff is very friendly and polite I was very confused with past reviews, we stayed for 3 nights and we interacted with every staff member and they were so nice. The room that we got had an amazing view, and the restoran food was very tasty and well presented. Complimentary breakfast was also good with a variety of choices. Definitely a recommended stay.

The villa is close to a busy road. On our hotel room we did not hear it, but laying next to the pool yes. We also dined at the restaurant. Having read all the reviews we expected more, it was ok but not fancy.

Hard to fault. Coffee machine at breakfast was worse that i get free at work, which is a real shame when staying in Tuscany. Alesandro made me a lovely coffee the old fashioned way. Resturant food delicious but pricey.. No kettle to actually make nice tea. Usual tepid water from coffee machine.

Lovely hilton class room.Great aircon in middle of heat wave. Very good self serve breakfast buffett. Mostly high grade contimental but the scrambled egg was delicious. Nice pool. Helpful English speaking staff. View to die for. Restaurant fantastic with the view.

Nobody told us that you can request vegetables and eggs at the breakfast :( that is very pity because the breakfast served was poor and it would be great to know that you can have more things to eat. I order one big bed but there were two mattress with a hole in the middle and they moved apart in the night. They organize parties and it is noisy at night even though the windows are soundproof.

Beautifil place, very nice swimming pool. Nice personel. Pretty view on Pistoia. Nice olive cosmetics but only soap, shower gel and shampoo (no conditioner or body cream). Nice thing was the shower cap ane the shaving gel. I really enjoyed.

The beds were a bit hard for our liking and the pool was not super clean (many bugs). We had mixed feelings about our interactions with the staff.

Villa Giorgia is a beautiful establishment with amazing Tuscan views close to many attractions in Tuscany. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. A solid hotel for a romantic getaway.

There is no getting away from the fact that the hairpin bends on the road attract many motorcyclists, and the noise is really bad. This was not helped by builders on side below the pool area. Such a shame, as Villa Georgia deserves higher scores.

Breakfast was adequate - bowl of chopped fruit would have been nice. Dinner was excellent.

The breakfast is very poor, to be honest at first time we thought it is a joke or something (no vegetables, I mean zero vegetables). It was a wedding on saturday and you couldn’t sleep beause of the music (furthermore they made an afterparty on Sunday, that is all we wanted :D). The worst thing is the staff, the staff didn't even come to breakfast to see if we could ask for anything else, they really did not want to sell anything or work or they are afraid if you are not Italian (because of language?), to be honest I really don't understand this. At the pool we wait 30-40 minutes to get 2 beer and 2 aperol, the staff really didn't want you to drink or eat or just didn't want to work. They didn't even know they have a pool menu (it is on the internet, snacks, toast etc.), so the staff asked us where we found this pool menu because they didn't know about it and to be honest they didn't want to know about it because they have to work with it. At dinner I would like to eat a standard tomato spaghetti and the waiter told me he asks the chef if he can do it or not (since they do me a favor to eat one standard basic spaghetti for 15 euros). Honestly, I would kick out the whole staff, we felt that here they were doing us a favor to spend money, horrible service, basically they wanted to give only a room and nothing else. The icing on the cake as the maintenance man began to mow the grass by the pool in the morning while you are sunbathing.

Big and clean rooms, nice view, own car park. The hotel is very clean with only a few rooms, there were only a few other guests, very familiar.

The hotel is right on a winding hill road from Pistoia to Bologna which is clearly a great driving road for motorcyclists. You need to accept that during the day and evening it is like being on a race track. Very noisy. Also room 210 is right over the front entrance door and when that slams every time someone leaves the hotel, it reverberates right into your room. I’m sure the door could be adjusted

Location was great and convenient for getting to Pisa, Florence , Siena and into Pistoia. Hotel was comfortable and restaurant was nice even though we only ate there once
