The location of this hotel is great - just around the corner from the main area in Cortina. It had free parking, good wifi, and a very nice breakfast (with excellent coffee). Our flight did not arrive until later in the evening, and communication with the hotel owners was easy, and they remained open past the normal check-in times to welcome us and show us around the property. We were very happy with our stay and would recommend this hotel.

There were two pillows to sleep, one was too big and the other one too small, can be great to have one in the middle.

The car park was sometimes quite full, as part of it is used by another hotel. We were always able to find a solution with the help of hotel staff, though, so I would not really consider this a problem.

This hotel is excellent value for money: although it is relatively small, and on a relatively busy street, there is virtually no noise disruption and the bedrooms are very spacious for this category, as well as very well-appointed: they smell of fresh pine and resin, and ours had a small balcony overlooking the mountains near Cortina. The bathroom was not huge, but felt surprisingly big thanks to clever decoration. Everything is/looks modern and functional. Breakfast was very good, and the helpful staff (thanks, Elio!) gave us a lot of useful information about things to do in and around Cortina, including a wonderful restaurant (Da Aurelio) nearby: it is a 30-minute drive, but worth it! The centre of Cortina, with all its shops, bars, restaurants and other services, is only a short walk from the hotel.

The room was the only one in the basement. You couldn’t get round the bed as it didn’t fit in the room. The bathroom was dangerous, with a step and a ceiling lowering that caused more than 1 smashed head. There was no lighting in the shower

We were placed in a basement room that had very little privacy and poor sound insulation. The guys at the bike shop next door are power washing bikes and talking loudly until fairly late at night and the curtains are short and sheer so anyone can look in. Rooms very dated and could use an upgrade. Very very expensive stay for how no-frills the room was.

Lovely staff, solid breakfast, amazing water pressure and nice shower products. Private parking lot available and cute alpine decor in communal areas.

the owner was very rude and miserable each morning at breakfast. he also shouted at my wife who called the reception number at 10pm to get a spare key card to our children’s room. he claimed it was only for emergency’s and when challenged told her to shut up! the proximity to two main roads, meant that it was very noisy last thing at night and from about 5am with lorries and traffic passing. this was worse at lower floors to the front (where our kids were) and not so bad on the 2nd floor.

the refurbished suites were very good. the staff are lovely and location to walk into town was very good

A lot. Room was very very basic, everything looked like older than I am (I am 50+) Constant noise from the street, we were not able to sleep at all… I do not recommend room 18, avoid please. Bathroom so small that if you are taller than average, you will face difficulties using it. Breakfast organized poorly - just couple of tables set for the entire hotel, people waiting to get breakfast. My notebook was bigger compared to the tv in the room :) Does not deserve 3 stars in my opinion.

- the shower was very small and the bathroom was a little bit old - the room itself was not as modern as it looks on the pictures on booking.com (the pictures on booking are „Junior Suites“) -180€ / night is just too expensive for this hotel

The room we got was on the ground floor and closer to back entrance. Seemed dingy and claustrophobic. The bathroom was also a squeeze. Maybe booking a junior suite rather than a standard room is preferable.

The location of the stay is just perfect:Quick walk to the center. Host was very kind, as one of the nights I forgot to keep the keycard for the main entrance and was locked outside and he came down to open the door for me at late night.

Tiny shower (and a bit moldy..) - also there was a door in the bathroom leading to a *shared* balcony (with the other room) that had only a thin curtain on it so you could basically look inside the bathroom! It made me uncomfortable... -No mini fridge (we couldn't keep things that we got cold) - Breakfast had no freshly made eggs
