This was our 1st stay at the villa, but we will definitely be back. The villa is well equipped & well kept. The pool/jacuzzi & hamman are in a well-kept garden, which is very secluded.

Excellent location and spotlessly clean and well equipped. The pool and jacuzzi were all maintained regularly during our stay. The owner Stefano was in constant contact to make sure we were happy and had everything we needed. We have stayed at many different villas in Playa Blanca over the last 12+ years but this was exceptional and the best so far. We will definitely book again.

Absolutely nothing!

This is a fabulous villa with excellent top quality facilities. Decor is beautiful and layout is super. The pool in the private walled garden was a real highlight and the hot tub and hamman added to our enjoyment. We stayed here in September 2022 and enjoyed it so much that we returned in Sept 2023……we are already booked for September 2024 and looking forward to it already!!

We knew it was a 25-30 minute walk down to Playa Blanca, which we don't mind before going out for dinner, the walk back however was a bit much in the wind so we would get a taxi. Not a fault of the property however want to share this information.

Stayed for 2 weeks July/August, the property is well equipped, we had a very comfortable holiday and enjoyed the quiet surroundings. Stefano kept in contact with us throughout.

We stayed for two weeks in July. The villa was perfect for us. It is a wonderful place finished to a high standard with everything you could possibly need. It is in a nice quiet area about a 20-30 min stroll into to the centre. The outside area catches the sun all day with a shady area if required. The pool was kept clean and a good temperature. The hot tub was great just to relax in and the steam is a nice touch. Stefano the owner kept in contact to ensure everything was ok which it was. We have stayed in Playa Blanca many times before and would 100% return to this villa again.

Only point I could find - there were only two sun beds for days by the pool.

What a beautiful villa in a nice quiet area. The pool & hot tub are lovely + the Hammam (Steam room) was a brilliant addition. All the mod-cons you need for a stay, and when we ventured to the beach the villa has a couple of beach umbrellas, an ice bag, and ice blocks to use 🙂 The interior was exceptionally designed with such a comfy lounge area. The huge TV has Netflix and Disney+ loaded on there to watch. Soon after booking the villa the owner sent details regarding the stay, location and accessing the villa - 'on the ball' I would highly recommend this Villa 🙂

Sun loungers are a little uncomfortable.. could do with a few small outdoor tables for drinks.. a ice bucket would be great for the fizz..

The villa is well furnished and had a superb homely feel throughout. A lot of thought has gone into making the villa cosy for guests in terms of design, themes, co ordination and decor which is tasteful and to a high standard. The sofa was very comfortable as equally was the bed and pillows, It is fully air conditioned throughout, which was a blessing, and not coin operated!! Very spacious for us as a couple.. The welcome pack was a lovely gesture with essentials, not forgetting the cava! No issues with WiFi during our stay. Plenty of towels and pool towel’s available.. We frequently use villas and have to say this is one of the better accommodation in terms of what it has to offer. The facilities I.e heated pool, hot tub, barbecue and of course hammam was a lovely addition. The external area is maintained with modern decking, lots of shrubs, trees and colour to the side of the property. The villa is very private and not overlooked. Pool cleaned during our stay. The villa is situated in a lovely complex within a residential area. There is a small supermarket within a 5 minutes walk away. There is a bus stop within a 10-15 minute walk. The host (Stefano) kept in touch with us prior, and throughout our stay. We needed to contact him prior to our trip on several occasions and communication was excellent and he responded promptly. Due to the location, we did need to take taxi’s / public transport to get to faro park and playa Blanca for big shop etc, however that said that would not deter us from coming back to this fabulous villa. We look forward to returning soon… 😊

It's 15min walk for the main street but the path is comfortable and safe

The villa is just amazing! The pool, the hot tub and the Hammam make it perfect for any kind of weather. Very comfortable and quiet too.

Casa Murzio is a lovely villa and done to a very high spec, there is beautiful kitchen with plenty of space. The villa is very light with the afternoon sun over the pool area which keeps the master bedroom very cool as situ at the front of the villa, we could park directly outside in private parking area. I must say that a hire car is essential for shopping duties but a taxi is only €4 from the main part of Playa Blanca. We highly recommend this villa for a relaxing stay in this resort'

Honestly the villa is stunning and I can't fault anything. I would just say, not a negative point as such, but we were 2 people staying here and it was perfect for us. I think if more than 2 people were staying here then the outside space and pool might seem a little small. Inside the villa is VERY spacious but with spending most of our time outside if we were more than 2 people it might have seemed a little small.

Stunning villa finished to a very very high standard. Everything was like brand new. Welcome basket was a very nice touch and made us feel at home. Communication from Stefano was amazing. We didn't have any problems during out stay but Stefano kept in regular contact with us so we know he was easily reachable if we needed anything. The heated pool was fantastic as was the Haman and Hot Tub. Plenty of kitchen utensils and everything you would need. We weren't missing anything at all. Plenty of towels were also provided. Location was very good in a quiet residential area. Approx 30 minute walk or 10 minute scooter into the main centre. Taxi ride was €4 at night or just over €3 during the day.

Not a lot, it could be stressed a bit more than it is, just how hot the water from the hot taps is, if you weren't careful it would be easy to get burned.

The heated pool, the hot tub, the comfortable bed. the high walls and the shelter from the wind and privacy they afforded, no part of the living space is overlooked. The owner Stefano couldn’t have been more helpful always available on what’s app and quick to respond to any queries.

On our stay, we didn't have any issues whatsoever.

It was our first stay at this property and really enjoyed our visit. The villa and facilities were excellent, spotlessly clean and the outdoor space was first class too, very useable. The location for us was just right, private, but close enough to the resort of Playa Blanca, especially if you rented a car or used a taxi service. The owner, Stefano, made regular checks to make sure all was good, which was a nice touch. We intend on returning in the near future.
