The bathroom especially needed a deep clean. You can tell they give a good surface clean but there was lots of mold and limescale in the shower that has clearly been building up a long time. More attention needed to cleaning the room. There was also no mattress protector or pillow protectors...not a nice thought in accommodation in a hot city like Rome. They should be standard in any kind of accomodation. There were also cigarette burns in the mattress and curtains, so you can tell the place could do with a bit of TLC. Also other guests were very disruptive - unsettling/scary loud voices (perhaps maybe even someone with a psychiatric disorder) each morning of our stay around 7am. Made us feel very unsafe in our room. It's not really the owner's fault, and not sure much could be done so we didn't bother reporting. But it did have a negative impact on our stay unfortunately.

The bed and pillows were comfortable enough for a good night's sleep. The room is in a great location a couple of blocks away from Termini Station and close to lots of shops and restaurants. It was great to have a private bathroom and shower. The aircon was really useful.

I didn't like the smell of the odor that was used to freshen the room. The water hose of the toilet had very high pressure. The main door of the apartment didn't open easily.

The location is very good. The beds were very comfortable. There was a private refrigerator in the room. As we arrived sooner than check-in time they kept our luggage free. They helped us to carry our luggage to the first floor. I asked for an electric kettle and they provided me with one.

the furnatures weren't so good. I couldn't sleep well as the cushion was too thin. Final important thing, make sure that you did the payment on booking website and keep the receipt with you to show it at the property!

Not that I didn't liked but the wardrobe hinges could use some WD40, since they squeaked every time when using with a very loud noise. Again, not a complain rather just an advise that could be sorted easily.

Liked the close location to the train and bus station and all the site seeing that was in a walking distance. Came to Rome to see some things, and seen it all even more. Hotel might not have been luxurious or anything but it served well for what I needed and for the price I paid really can't complain everything was perfect.

Promised safetybox which I paid for did not work and even though I requested the staff to get me a working one, I did not get one during my 7 day stay. The walls of the room were filled with stains. These could be easily painted over but no... The fridge was not really cool as it is supposed to be. Even though the advertisement says on Booking.com that the rooms are soundproof, this is not the case. I could hear a person in the next room snoring and praying...

A shared bathroom is a quite bad condition in my opinion it not has good ventilation and humidity creating a mold, and shower silicone should be change.

A room was ok nice and tidy, location is awesome just 5 minutes from central station termini and have a short distance for a old town of Rome around 1 up 2 km from hotel so that is really really good !

Many marks on the walls from scuffs and splashes. Cracked sink and toilet, with loose seat. Loose shower head (tried but couldn't fix it). Basic tired furniture marked by cigarettes.

Friendly and helpful receptionist showing you right up to the room, as it was a convoluted route through a next-door building. General building, corridors and room somewhat basic and dilapidated but mostly functional. Nice choice of tiling in the newly refurbished bathroom.

1. under the bed was filthy 2. inside of shower screens mouldy. Bottom part has never been cleaned well. needs a good scrub. 3. toilet won’t flush sometimes 4 outside part smells if someone in other rooms used the outside toilet.

First location booking shows you is not the check in location. That one is written in Important notes section. Still, it's just across the street from the mentioned address. Shower is quite small and ventilation is far from the best.

Staff is very friendly and nice. Important parts (bed, toilet) are clean. Location is perfect, especially if you're coming/leaving by the train. It's right next to train station and a 15 minute walk from the Colosseum

Taking into account hotel prices in Rome, and taking into account that this is a budget stay really close to Termini, I can't name anything particular.

We needed a really cheap stay for overnight, and the hotel fully met our expectations - it was clean, beds comfortable with nice bed linen, shared bathroom just next to the room. Check in and out was easy. Very nice staff.

The reception was 4 buildings away from the reception which was a bit strange (not mentioned while the booking process) Some of the staff did not talk English at all and there were always different people working at the reception The smell of the room was not much pleasant, it smelled like mold :(

The location was great, the Colosseum was near, the Termini Station was 3 min walking The staff let us leave our bags for entire day after the checkout

we liked only the woman who cleans. a heavy glass picture fell on the bed, I was very lucky that I moved away from this place a minute before what happened. The bathroom was broken and water was leaking. The administrator said everything is OK, no one was hurt and well.
