Iron and its stands should be asked for and not available with the room. Even when you are done you should return it back for others.

The lift/card system didn't always work - at one point I almost got stuck in the lift! But reception were always happy to help

Great hotel, very modern, clean and smart. Breakfast was amazing with a huge choice and we were given a takeaway breakfast bag for our early flight home. The staff were very attentive and spoke excellent English. Location is good, fairly close to the metro.

We have a problem with the invoice. When checking out they informed us that they were sending an invoice to an email, but nothing came. I had to write to them several times. They wrote to me that we should have said this at check-out. So this is only one problem.

Breakfast is delicious, rooms are clean and beautiful. The staff is also nice.

A complimentary unrefridgerated water bottle on day one of five but then told to use the water from pay mini bar after that ? No kettle in the room and took a few attempts to secure one - some customers prefer tea !

Room was good and bathroom too. Mohammed served a lovely lunch, very friendly. Outdoor street market outside on Tuesdays and Saturdays, they set up early - taxis use small side street as main street impassable.

The room was not so big. Te view was to the internal court. You cannot open the window.

The breakfast was really good and complete. Waiters really kind, and everyone give you and excellent customer care. The location is good, quite near to the central station.

There was work and noise very early in the morning. The facility also charges its guests a parking fee. 22 euros is the parking fee for one night.

The fitness center was disappointing, it was in a tiny room with no room whatsoever to do any sort of stretching. Whilst the cardio machines available were fine there were no towels provided, or drinking water. I would expect better from a 4 star hotel charged over 250 Euros a night.

Lack of air in the rooms. The window allowed us to open it just a little bit. Our room was noisy simply because under the window there was a market organised.

It was acceptable, the staff was polite, the location and parking were excellent! It is worth for short trips.

There was only one coffee machine in the breakfast room, with a long queue. Noise from the street echoed into the room at night.

Nice hotel with own parking plots, very good breakfast and friendly staff. We could leave our car in the hotel parking lot for a few hours after check out while we walked around the old town.

TV: There is no way to change any of the entertainment channels in to English. There is a maintenance guy tried it and then give up. Other than that. This hotel is fabulous.

Very clean and very big TV. There is a supermarket with big restaurant in front of the hotel. The Metro is 5-minutes walking distance. Very clean area and look posh. We feel safe to walk in the nights from metro to the hotel. There are other restaurants near by. The road is quiet in the night and we slap peacefully. The breakfast is excellent & the waitress are very helpful and can get hot dinks form them when que for vending machine or any exceptional chose required form the vending machine.

Perhaps the hotel should consider refurnishing as the furniture is kind of aged. The bathroom could be a bit bigger.

The staff is friendly and very attentive. The breakfast variety good and the hotel is located in residential area, so there are good restaurants nearby.

The flush button of the bathroom toilet is very difficult to use. The appearance of the hotel looks a bit old.

The location is very good, only a few minutes from the hotel to the subway station. Breakfast is also delicious, with many varieties, including bread, ham, cheese, omelettes, and sausages.The room is big,clean.

Delicious breakfast as well as the dinner. Slightly dated interiors but comfortable with all you can need. Close to the nearby exhibition centre (10min. walking distance), metro station as well as you can take a 40 min walk to the city centre with main attractions via historic and eye pleasing places

The only flaw was that there were no European sockets in the room. However, staff provided us with an adaptor.

Good size room and clean. Beds were comfortable. Internet connection was good. The property is a short walk to the tube station. Staff were professional and helpful.
