Sea. If you expect to have vacation near the sea and swim in sea (not in pool) this will be not the best choice for you. As sea is really bad near that hotel - you will not be able to swim there and it was a surprise for us as we haven't notice this in any feedback for that hotel. Staff suggested me the place if i want to swim in the sea - its 30 mins drive by car from hotel and sea is really great there crystal clear and deep. But you need to drive 30 mins by car for it.

Apartment were fine, staff is great - food is good as well. Pool is fine.

We were with 2 adults and a 3year old and booked a 6 person accomodation and it was still tiny.. the beach is not inviting. It looks dirty because of the seagrass, however, is nice for small kids because it’s undeep, sandy and has lots of seashells. The sunbeds and parasols are paid.. the beach somehow felt abandoned..

Liked the porch of the accomodation, the child friendly surroundings and playgrounds. Overall the accomodation was clean, however, in ours the floors were very dusty upon arrival. The market was very good to have for last moment needs and bread. It was pooring rain so we ordered food in the restaurant; good to have that option too. Bed linnen and soft (!) towels were provided! Location is pretty okay, with car you can reach many supermarkets and Grado (where you can find lots of restaurants)

All the food was incredible at the restaurant, the sea is nice and warm and very-very small (30-90 cm) for about a couple of hundreds of meters. It is ideal for small children and for families.

The sea was full of algae and too shallow.

The “Club del Sole” is well equipped, comfortable and clean apartment, with a terrace on the ground floor. There were small cupboards in the bedroom, double toilettes in the apartment, as well as an illy coffee maker with capsules and many tea variations in the kitchen. Another advantage is that the dog centre is only 3-minutes walk from the apartment, which is useful if you are travelling with your dog. The sea side and the beach was 10-minutes walk from the apartement. Free parking is available next to the apartment. The staff and animators were kind and helpful.

Beach is not so great. There is only one restaurant and one store, and they are not always open.

Cottages are very nice, fully furnished. Camp is close to Grado, Palmanova and Trieste. Pool is great for the kids. There is a parking space in front of every house.

the pillows had a stinky sweat smell from the previous guests I guess. It's disgusting because the pillows have only a thin cover and no zipper second cover. obviously, such set up cannot be properly cleaned and makes the whole stay bad!

nice shop on the property, pool is okay but is very busy single pool. entertainment for the kids is nothing special and very limited. The rooms are updated and that's the only plus of this place.

For a few reasons, the restaurant did not meet our expectations. It was not the best organized place. Meals were ok, but nothing that could justify the price. The food was good, but not too many choices. If we come again, we will probably just use a great kitchen in the cottage and make our own meals. But we also like to cook😀 Beach is what it is, shallow waters and not for swimming, but no surprises there.

Most of the people were very respectfull,no Musik listening loud,or at all,after 10 already inside....Of chourse that it had to be someone listening to Musik,talking loud until 11,30.....It should be written on each house that between 10 and 6 it is silent program,like in every country.....It is unpleasent to fall asleep listening to a streangers voice.

Very frendly staff, very clean and confy.....It is a Lagune ,so of chourse that it doesn t Look like Miamy beach,you know for what you sign up.Alot of families with small children,children disko, free bikes etc.Food always good,cheeper if you book the meal with the room.

The whole Ressort was really nice - lots of activities to do with family and also with pets. They even have their own dog trainer that does activities several times a week. I especially liked the Yoga in the morning and the Zumba in the evening around the pool area. Great and really friendly staff. The room had a good size and it was perfect with the fence around it to have our dog walking around off leash which made the stay even more relaxed for us.

- the beach was quite dirty and we didn’t want to go into the water, due to a great amount of crabs, dead jellyfish and dirt. - fresh towels and loo rolls would have been great, no one informed us about cleaning service regulations - the labeling outside could be better, it took us a while to find our way - the bungalow was fine and sufficient for a long weekend trip, quite basic though and a bit dirty - the staff was friendly, however they could not offer us basic information: such as opening hours of restaurants inside the resort, which was a bit disappointing

+ Close to the beach, rather quiet and not crowded at all + our dog loved the resort as well + nice beach bar & friendly staff
