The breakfast was not good and was not worth the money. The pillows were too lumpy and soft.

The absence of a lift made room 401 quite a test. The bathroom was small and the furniture could have benefitted from an update or repair.

The location was ideal for 4 days of sightseeing activity. The room provided adequate space for our stay with a terrace and view.

Bathroom could’ve been cleaner. Stairs are always hard and there isn’t always help with luggage. Noise from next door was very loud. Could hear everything in their bathroom.

I love staying here. Location is great. Staff are great. Rooms are nice. Beds are comfy. I’ve stayed here twice and I’ll be back again in a few months. Staircase is hard but also a lovely feature.

The cleaning was not that good, the floor was so dirty and sticky that our white socks got al black. Due to the central location there’s quite a lot if noice coming from the street and the building is very old so you can hear everyone around you in other rooms as well.

The service and staff was great and very helpful and friendly. The location was great and we could walk to everything having a large selection of restaurants just around the corner.

No view from window. No elevator

Big draw back was not having an elevator when your room is on the third floor. The staff where very nice and the location is excellent. Cleanliness was very good and the breakfast was very good also. Would definitely go back

Wonderful old building with a fabulous circular staircase. If you don't mind walking up 2 to 4 flights, it's beautiful. Good location in one of the best areas of Rome.

Everything was great. I loved my stay there.

The location was fantastic - everything at walking distance. The staff was very responsive. They offered a complimentary breakfast because of one very small inconvenience. You can walk to most of the landmarks in Rome from this hotel. The room was very comfortable; the hotel building is old, but the rooms are refurbished and modern. The breakfast was very tasty.

Only one working wall plug, the stairs!! (no lift) the older Asian lady was really rude and difficult. Eslam was nice and carried my suitcase upstairs.

As you can imagine, a building that once belonged to a cardinal from the 16th century is not necessarily noise proof and the outlets to charge everything were somewhat challenging to locate. One night we shared a wall with some partiers and it was like we were sharing a room.

The location was great, near a wonderful restaurant Cantina E Cucina, even if the line is long, you should definitely eat there. Also near the Piazza Navona. The staff was very helpful and accommodating. The bed was comfortable enough, the pillows could be replaced I think. You need to be in shape to walk up stairs

This comment applicable only for room 203 - awful soundproofing. You wouldn`t hear street noises or seagulls -- window excellent, BUT you will hear e-v-e-r-y-t-h-i-n-g what`s going on outside the room door and on top level, even the steps of those who climbing the main stairs. If neighbor on top level moves the chair from above - you will hear, lies on the bed - you will also hear, close doors of shower cabin - the same. Even earplugs couldn`t help me, unfortunately :(

Great location: almost all attraction in 20-30min walk, a lot of food places around for different price range. Design of hotel will make addition value into you overall impression of old town. But take into account absence of elevator (or perhaps I didn't find it). Breakfast was served directly in room - normal quality of foods, it`s nice to have option to choose at what time you would like to have breakfast. The room had air condition which really help to keep warm into in winter weather, nevertheless I had available additional blanket. The bathroom has small kit of shower gel&shampoo which was surprisingly good.
