Nothing really

Quite area! Very closed to Popolo Piazza, nearby a metro station. Simon arranged a late arrival check-in we arrived very late after 2a.m.. to Rome and we had a taxi waiting, although we had half hour delay. Simon is a wonderful host, very helpful. Plus we had great italian breakfast!! The room was very clean and with a spacious shower room. We are going back to Sweet Home Parioli, we loved it so much we decided to repeat this trip in October!! Thank you Simon for everything

The price was a tick steep, but probably this is what one gets nowadays in these big cities....

We were welcomed already in the street by a very friendly housekeeper who saw us searching the address. He let us in and put us in contact with Simone, the friendly landlord. We felt very welcome and taken care of! Simone personally made us breakfast each morning and was extremely nice. When in Rome next time, we will visit again, for sure!

The best place to stay at! You're only one stop away from Piazza del Popolo. The service is excellent, rooms are immaculate, the host is very friendly, helpful and it makes you feel like you're at home. For sure we will be coming back, and recommending it to our friends, as well.

The room is clean and comfortable (with daily cleaning provided), the host is very friendly and attentive and the breakfast is good with real espresso and fresh orange juice prepared in front of you. The b&b is located on a quiet street in a peaceful neighbourhood, not far from Piazza del Popolo. It is a great choice if you have some reasons to stay in the area or if you would like to discover a non-touristy area of Rome.

Location of the B&B is not close to any metro station and Rome buses are a true disaster!

Sweet small set up, so there was attention to details. It was very clean! It was outside the main tourist areas of Rome and so had a neighbourhood feel and quiet at night. Still within walking distance of restaurants and the sights. The hosts were helpful before, during and after the stay.

Superb property in a really safe location. Room with great finishing and good isolation, comfortable Air Con and fan. Good Italian breakfast, fresh orange juice. The owner is a really welcoming person.

Late check-in, but solved it and didn't pay for it. Also a little bit expensive for an hotel apartment, but at the end I liked it very much.

The owner is very helpful, he makes your staying as if you stay with your family.

Very helpful host who keeps the B&B in great order. The location does require a little walking from the main sites but completely doable with good shoes and plenty of pasta. Great for anyone who likes to explore tourist attractions (plus a little more) and what I would consider a fairly authentic experience of what it means to live like a Roman. All in all great spot!

Having a bathroom across the hall was a bit of a hassle.
