Superb location, large and modern apartment in an old building. Great views of the busy square and lake. Perfect for watching the world go by from the balcony. Spotlessly clean, secure, and very well equipped. Excellent communication from the owner. Couldn't fault it and would highly recommend it.

Very spacious apartment and very informative information from Leanne. Beautiful views across the port of Malcesine, not noisy at all from the restaurant below. Comfy beds and specious rooms. Close to all amenities and the bus station to visit other places. Easy access to the boats to travel to Limone.

It was pretty loud at night and in the morning with people coming/going and doors banging. We can usually sleep through anything but it was loud. I realize you can’t change the neighbors, but good to know beforehand. Also, there are very thin coverings on the windows, making it very bright early in the morning. It was also difficult to find enough plugs. There is only one in the bedroom. Adding an extra mirror in the hall would be great too!

The view is amazing and location is right in the center of the city. It’s a large space with great instructions by owner. The parking space was really helpful.

Great location overlooking the port area and next to the 'old town'. Very spacious. Bed was reasonably comfortable and the only noise was in the mornings with workers doing their thing.

The towels could have done with being a slightly larger size for the wives in the group to dry their hair with, but honestly everything else was perfect!

The central location is amazing, with a view of the marina straight from the living room windows. With the car park only a short walk away and the added bonus of a parking pass, this is the perfect place to stay. All the rooms were clean and tidy, a large fridge to store water and drinks required during the stay and a lift incase your luggage is too heavy for the stairs. Shops, cafés bars and restaurants are literally on your doorstep. We had friends pop in to check out the view for themselves and they were very impressed (and maybe a little jealous too)

A tad cold as night came. Thermostat control did not make a difference. It was warm and snuggly in bed but chilly watching tv. Towels were too thin.

The only slight downside to this apartment block was that it was noisy from other residents. Also, the lights in the corridors coming on. Maybe some thicker blinds in the bedroom would help this.

The location was perfect and central. The apartment was very clean and was very well equipped. We loved having a balcony and spent a sunny afternoon watching the world go by and looking at the beautiful views. The vendor was very helpful and informative and the apartment was extremely well maintained. Any questions we had what answered almost immediately. We don't believe we could have found a better apartment to enjoy our stay in Malcesine.

Everything was fine. Some difficulty finding the place but I suspect that was my fault. No real complaints.

No breakfast included. Location was excellent, close to stores, restaurants, beach and waterfront. Ferry also close by.

Not much but was very hot in our bedroom despite using the fan.would recommend another fan for.the living space.Had the potential in August to be too noisy for some people,we loved the atmosphere sitting on our balcony in the evening and everything was closed by 11.00pm.

Excellent location on the harbour right next to ferry enjoying the sun on balcony from midday till sunset. The apartment is massive and very well equipped. The most comfortable bed AND pillows I have ever experienced on my travels.

There's no air conditioning, which in the heat of June made it pretty difficult to sleep at night. There is a fan however. It would be nice to have some condiments in the kitchen - pepper, sugar, olive oil etc. We left some for the next guest though 😊
