The stairs from the lobby up to the elevator are cumbersome. The shower door configuration made for an extremely small opening (fine for me, I'm a size 4, but not ideal for a man (even my partner who is broad shouldered but not huge) A VERY strong smell of smoke in the lobby when we left at 7:00 a.m I can only assume that the night staff smokes on the premises :(

Convenient location. A rare (in Italy) small balcony (nice to have a little outdoor spot to take in a bit of fresh air) Contemporary, clean decor. A reasonable amount of surface/storage space compared to some of the hotels we experienced in Rome Decent value for the money at this time of the year in Rome

We had a bad experience with a waiter in breakfast. He was very rube and offensive with us. We immediately reported his behavior to the manager and hopefully the next day the situation was changed. This is sad though, because the hotel is quite nice but the personnel may needed to be more polite in general. Additionally the location was not so good as you do not feel much secure especially during the night.

Rooms were clean and spacious. Breakfast was fairly good with quite a variety & nice taste. The location was close to train and to the center or Rome by metro. Many shops and restaurants close.

One of the reasons why we booked this hotel was because there was a bar. However, the bar was closed for the duration of our stay which was very disappointing. Particularly because there wasn't anywhere nearby to have a drink unless you were also eating.

Hotel was very clean and staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was great with a good selection of hot and cold food including scrambled eggs, rashers and Frankfurt sausage. Good location, just around the corner from termini station so public transport was easily accessible. Couple of good restaurants just across the road also

Room was very stuffy and mattress cover a bit uncomfortable. Website makes it look like the terrace is at this location when it is actually at sister hotel Independent. Having said that we enjoyed the cocktails there. Breakfast was very good something for everyone!

The area around Termini station is very neglected. There are a lot of homeless people near the hotel and it is quite dirty - but this is not the hotel's fault. The breakfasts were tasty but could be more varied.

Excellent hotel very convenient to Termini station. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Room was immaculate with everything you need provided. Breakfast was great and I never had to queue for anything! Location was great, easy walking distance to the attractions and convenient to the metro if you want to visit the attractions at night.

Lots of banging and loud sounds coming from the hotel at night and in the morning. This was our biggest issue as it would wake us up often. There were a lot of loud sounds from the streets as well because it’s in the middle of the city. Bed sheets were very strange, nothing covering the blanket that’s placed in between two sheets that easily come off while sleeping and you’re left with the raw blanket which is very unsanitary. Tea and coffee and breakfast selection very limited. Breakfast was not good at all. Very small hotel and rooms for the price range. Definitely not worth it. Room temperature fluctuates a lot, I feel like they turn on some sort of heating sometimes in the hotel and you aren’t able to control it and it gets very hot.

Most of the employees were nice and attentive. The location of the hotel is good, it’s close to a lot of restaurants via walking and it’s only a 7 min walk from the Roma Termini. Small but nice and clean lobby. They provide umbrellas for you at the entrance of the hotel. The beds were comfortable.
