Easy to reach from Airport and arancia line Alilaguna with stops close to ponte dell academia Room very nice, clean, was on first floor with 3 windows getting view over the campo with very good soundproofing for night Staff nice. No staff after11.30 pm but fine with that Did not take breakfast, then no comment about Would recommend that hotel

The room was small and darkest (not so enough natural light and nice view) but these is a regular thing in Venice.

The staff was fantastic, very helpful, gave us all sort of explanations and useful tips. The breakfast had more goodies than expected, and they will prepare scramble eggs on the spot and pastries were warm from the oven. The rooms are not huge but after walking more than 8 hours per day the only thing that matters is a very comfortable bed (which it was!) The shower had amazing water pressure and toiletries smelled fantastic. Modern bathrooms and very clean rooms.

I liked everything.

Very cozy hotel near an interesting neighboorhood in Venezia. Worth mentioning how lovely is the staff and how quiet was the room, even though there are many things going on around the property. The easy access to the vaporetto stations is also a thing.

Nothing. The staircase was a bit narrow but there is an elevator so even that is not a problem

I will definitely stay at this hotel again. In a very good spot on a piazza close to 3 vaporetto stations in a central part of Venice. The staff were very nice and the breakfast was very good. The shower was the best I have had in Italy so far. There is nothing I didn't like. The decor was a bit wild but even that was cool and totally suited to Venice. The square it was in had lots of eating and drinking options but never felt crowded which is rare for Venice.

Amazing staff especially Nickolas who went beyond to help us. Lovely little gem hidden in the city. Decent bedding and a well stocked bathroom with good shower.

Our room was too small for a 4 night stay (not easy to visulise when booking) and got quite noisy when rooms were in use next door. Wouldn't say the view was a courtyard view either being 3 floors up. Also had a couple of mornings when the drain from the ensuite was quite smelly

This hotel is in a fantastic central location, in a lovely square and only a few minutes to the Academia Bridge. It was very traditional in its decoration, which is why we booked. Our room was very very clean with lovely bedding and was well appointed. Staff were excellent, so friendly and professional. Breakfast was varied and very well presented.

Perfect location. 4 Min from the Watertaxi drop point. 2 Min to Accademia, a good spot to use the public transportation. Excellent breakfast with lots of options. Extremely helpful and nice personal with tons of advice and nice chats. Restaurant next door has great food .

There was no closet to unpack clothes in my room. Further the facilities in the room were perfect. I liked the bed. The mattress was comfortable.

Your stay depends on which room you were giving for the same type of room. At first we had a room that is relatively small, the bathroom with no bidet, and the disposition of the amenities were not comfortable in the bathroom, and moldy. We changed the room during our stay, and we were surprised by the difference of the comfiness. The cleaning parfum of the room was too strong, it was a bit suffocating. And it stays on your clothes bizzarly. The breakfast area is small.

Location was perfect for the stay, and the surrounding is calm. The staff were helpful, and they ensure to reply to any demand you ask so you have a wonderful stay. The room was big enough for a short stay. The cleaning was done perfectly. The breakfast is simple.

My shower wasn't always hot. Water was lukewarm.

Staff were so so nice. Really looked after me. Very very friendly and welcoming. Made me feel so so comfortable. They were like freinds to me.
