Absolutely no issues.

Superior location for all our Vatican activities. Our beautiful room had small balcony with direct view of St Peter’s dome. We wanted a small, boutique experience and were not disappointed. Luca and staff were extremely helpful. Highly recommend. Transportation needs were coordinated through Massimo and our cars and drivers were always waiting for us.

If the objective is to be close to the Vatican, then this hotel is perfect. It is a significant walk across the Tiber, though.

Just a couple of blocks from the Vatican. Looking down the street you can see the Basilica of San Pietro. I’m a quiet local neighborhood.

Because it is close to the station it could be quite noisy at night.

Seeing St Peters basilica every morning and walking down the road was a treat and the old fashioned style lift was a joy every time. At the bottom of the road are some great restaurants which we used most nights when we closer to the accommodation.

We obviously went at the wrong time of year, the heat was oppressive, but that's something we should have considered. When booking.. Also the city was very very busy.

The only thing was the AC! It never seemed to get that cold and would just shut off from time to time. It may have been my fault.

the location of the place is just amazing. 3 minutes from the train station and bus stop. 10 minutes walk to the Vatican. The room is small but we only slept there. breakfasts were disappointing. the price includes only a croissant, coffee and orange juice (( cafe where you can have a breakfast is located 800 meters from suites

There was nothing that we did not like.

Everything was perfect! The location is great, very close to the Vatican. The room was super clean and comfortable. We loved the breakfast that came to the room at the appointed time. Luca and Martina are very kind and helpful. We will definitely stay here again when we visit again Rome!

My mom complained the rooms were small but I didn’t feel that way.

I didn’t realize until after but this is sorta in a residential apartment building. I loved how it has an old school elevator in it. The bedrooms and suites are super clean, comfortable and modern. And Luca the receptionist was so nice! Right next door to the Vatican!

Great localization! We could see Basilica di San Pietro just from our balcony. Room was quite spacious and very clean, with double bed and some free drinks in fridge. Check-in and check-out were simple and fast. Contact with object was easy. Thank you for your kindness :)

It is very clean, safe area, safe area, good connection to the center, next to Vatican also late check in ( self check in ) can be very handy if you are flying in late ours . We had balcony view that was amazing. Facility has everything, hosts are wonderful.

It was a bit far from everything other than the Vatican. For example to walk to the Colosseum it was about 30-35 minutes which doesn’t seem like a lot but remember you’ll be walking all day.

Nice and clean rooms! Spacious enough for a 3 night stay. Rooms are close to each other but luckily everyone was pretty quiet. You really can’t hear the street noise unless you open the window. Staff was really nice and they cleaned the room every day. Would recommend!

The bathroom shower head was leaking and dirty (the hand shower was ok) The heating snake in the bathroom was not working so we had wet towels for 3 days The lighting in the shower was very dark There wore no ware to put stuff in the bathroom so we had to put it on the floor We had the so not disturb sign om the door but it nevertheless cleaned each day (3 days) we got back (it was nicely cleaned and new sheets)

Everything was great, near to Vatikan and the bus station was 1 min walk from our apartment. Very clean room and comfortable bed, we had balcony with amazing view on Vatikan. We recommend this room for anyone who is going to Rome!

Very nice and comfy room, close to the Vatican. Hotel is located very close to the train and bus station (bus 64 will get you to every tourist point). Good and quick contact with the personel :)
