The fact you have to pay for a sunlounger! Wish I had looked at the reviews to see this as I would have changed hotels - and more of them were broken, not well looked after

This hotel would be perfect if the owners updated the sun beds to more luxurious beds with cushions, provided pool towels and didn’t charge guests for the usage. Also the charge to store luggage is not welcomed and seen as profiteering.

Beachfront location with a beautiful blue coral ocean to swim in each morning. Friendly and welcoming staff who helped us to have a lovely stay, Nicholas was particularly amazing. Nice rooms we opted for a suite which was a good sized 2 bed, 2 bath seafront view which is worth the upgrade.

Excellent location especially because of the proximity to majority of the attractions eg Hi, Pacha, Ushuaïa, and Old Town.

A bit noisy, but again, you’re in the middle of the party area of Ibiza. Do not go if you’re looking for a quiet place.

Great location, party area, perfect for people who are coming to Ibiza to party. Very close to all the clubs, no one cares about the noise. Ideal for coming with group of friends.

Amenities weren’t enough in the room, The view from the balcony was pretty standard, I visited between 16th to 19th April- which is still considered pretty off season. Although the pool was open - there were hardly any people. Can’t blame the hotel though, since it was off season

The cleaning wasn't as was stated when booking ,had to find cleaners a few times to get towels changed and they only made our beds once on second day. By 4th day we could smell urine in bedroom and when we stripped our beds the sheets had been soiled before we got there and not changed, we took several pictures and went down to complain at reception ,who dealt with the matter very quickly as we wanted everything changed over bedding wise . By day 5 we kept being locked out of our room as swipe lock kept failing so spent time waiting around for the maintenance guy .It was a pain as we were on the 3rd floor and had to keep going down to reception. Bit of maintenance work going on around pool where they hold the pool parties so could be noisy at times .

Was a great location hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating when we arrived which was early hours of the morning . Hotel room looked clean on arrival and we had a great view (sideview of sea and pool) .Good value for money .Jet Cafe at the front food was nice and our favourite was Pago Pago staff there were absolutely lovely and welcoming food was amazing .

For who has insomnia it is definitely not a good place beause we can hear the noise from the commons area and outside. This region is for who is looking for noise and party.

The location is wonderful as well as the staff. It is the best value for money in this region.

Wish there were updated tv units so we could watch youtube, but we still found some channels to watch. Wifi coverage also wasn’t the best.

We visited during the offseason at the end of March so the poolside bar was not open yet and we would have enjoyed visiting. Also, the onsite supermarket was VERY expensive, it's good in a pinch but you'll definitely pay for it. One of the shower heads in our suite would not stay raised so my husband had a difficult time showering even though the shower itself was very spacious. I wish they would have provided dish soap for the apartments so we could wash our dishes.

We arrived on the literal opening day so the resort was still getting set up and there weren't many people there which was fine for us. The view from the two bedroom suites were FANTASTIC! They also provided an ashtray on the balcony and the cleaning staff emptied it regularly. A few of the onsite restaurants were open during our stay and the food was really good, the portions were sizeable and easily shared for price conscious visitors like us. I can't rave about the location enough! It was close to a natural park that takes hikers along the coastline and it is gorgeous. It was also pretty close to the bus stop, we used the one on the other side of the hippy market to visit old town, the castle, and the port but ended up walking back most days.
