Very central location, staff was extremely helpful to arrange taxis, etc. kitchen well supplied for how small the flat was, very clean and staff got us clean towels when we thought we wouldn’t get them.

The stairs to get to the room got a little old, especially trying to get all of your luggage up and down. And we traveled light. I do not recommend it for an elder person or someone that is not fit. It made you feel like not wanting to leave because you had to climb all the way back up. A lift would've been nice! I also wish there was an outdoor space, maybe a common area where you could get some fresh air. It felt a little claustrophobic.

The kitchen could have been cleaned during stay as the cleaner did visit and take out trash.

Everything was as described. Clean, spacious and comfortable. Location was central and walls thick which meant you still get a good nights sleep.

Fabulous design place in a quiet street a few steps away from Piazza San Marco and all the main attractions of the city. Very friendly staff, seamless check in and checkout process. There is an Alexa station in the room to help with any questions. High quality beds and pillows, proper blackout curtains so everyone will have a good sleep. Great toiletries and aroma diffuser so the room smells like paradise (sometimes really not the case in Venice).

Literally can't fault the place. It was perfect. The only thing (which can't be helped in Venice) is there was no lift so can be tricky depending on the age of the visitor.

Only downside is that no elevator to get to the suite on 1st floor, but we knew this when we booked so cant complain

Location was nice. In the center of everything. San Marco square was just 5 min walk. Tons of shops, restaurants and cafe were nearby. The suite itself is not the same building as the hotel and we checked-in without going to reception which was super convenient. Suite was clean and renovated

Our stay at San Marco suite was fantastic. Everything from the service to the amenities exceeded our expectations. Ylenia was incredibly friendly and accommodating throughout our stay. Prior to our stay, I have contacted Ylenia and she is extremely patient and friendly. She answered to all my queries very promptly. The room was spotless and the area is perfect for my family of 3. So Spacious and comfortable. We also appreciated the effort put into maintaining such a high level of cleanliness too. The location is perfect. Walking distance of less than 10mins and we will reach Rialto ferry station. It’s definitely the accommodation that my family is looking for.
