It's hard to find anything I didn't like.

The panoramic view, closeness to nature, spottles clean hotel, very friendly and helpful staff, beautiful outdoor and indoor pool with thermal water, public transport is right at the bottom of the hotel and the beach restaurants.

The breakfasts are not very good but the desserts are great, but in Italy breakfast is about coffee and desserts i think . About our room it was with not a comfortable pillow, the rooms are not large but enough for two. In the evenings it’s boring in the restaurant, if there are programs, it’s just very dull melancholy. It was a bit far from the main part of town with all the shops and restaurants, but ended up being an even more relaxed vacation!

We had a deluxe room located on the second floor. The view over the pool, the beach and sea, was really appealing. We had the half board option with dinner included and it was well worth the additional cost.

An excellent hotel, run by unobtrusive but friendly and professional staff. Immaculately clean and maintained. The location, the view, the pools and the food in the restaurant were all superb. The bus connection worked well for me.

Breakfast was the same every morning. I booked the room with the sea view however when we arrived we were given a regular room with the garden view, and Claudia (receptionist) said that there were no other room available. After 2 hours (when Claudia's shift ended) Enzo solved the issue easily. This situation spoiled the impression of the first day.

Limited English proficiency of some bar Staff but I guess they rarely deal with English speaking guests. Hard beds. Bring some repelents - quite a few mosquitoes - this is obviously not a fault of this hotel.

Smaller hotel with one outer and one inner thermal pools. Sounloungers always available, very polite and proffesional Staff. During our stay the majority of guests were German people enjoyibg their retirement. Great breakfast and very good served breakfast. Set menu of 3 starters and 3 main meals to choose from.

Really there was nothing we didn’t like.

The hotel had various therma pools and lots of Sun loungers, it was an easy walk to the Maronti Beach which was full of beach bars. The hotel had its own area on the beach and sun loungers. Breakfast was lovely, scrambled eggs, sausage, bacon and tomatoes. Cakes and pastries. Cheese, ham. Cereal yogurt and fruit.

The mattress on the bed was harder than expected, although I think this was beneficial for back pain, it was harder to fall asleep for me.

Breakfast was delicious! We had a buffet with eggs, bacon, ham, cheese, tomatoes, as well as lots of sweet options, such as fruit tarts, the classic Italian cornetto, jams, Nutella, various bread options as well.

The staff were SO lovely, helpful and friendly <3 And the food was absolutely amazing. Especially the dinners made us very very happy. The location was great, the beach was beautiful and we even got a wonderful complimentary facial from the spa. Thank you!

Limited restaurant hours. Also none of the hotel doors are on hinges so the constant sound of room doors slamming shut day and night echoing through the tiled hallways was enough to drive me out of my mind! The location is pretty and near a beach but it’s a bit remote from other more exciting parts of the island.€35 cab rides everywhere although there is a very crowded public bus that runs into town by the port.

It’s perfectly located right by the beach, set back with gorgeous views of the bay. Very clean and the staff (shout out to Claudia) we’re incredibly helpful and welcoming. They helped us secure transfers and navigate our stay. Overall couldn’t rate the staff higher
