We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

GermanyAlways when I visit Cosenza, I choose Royal Hotel. There are many things that explain my choice. first of all a very kind and professional staff. The Hotel is very well located next to the beautiful main pedestrian area of Cosenza. The rooms in the hotel are large, well organised, comfortable and quiet. The private parking at the hotel is very convenient. It is really a very good place!!

Clean modern hotel. Lovely staff. Room and bathroom both adequate size. Beds comfortable. Secure parking under hotel for fee. Short walk to centre of town. Basic continental breakfast was fine.

Not that there were unruly patrons; rather the building just made lots of sounds - water flowing thru the walls and voices coming thru the air vents - that made you feel as if everyone was in the same room. I guess it is all due to cheap construction of the building in the first place. Not much you can do about that i suppose.

MaltaThere was a school trip while I was there; there was a lot of noise in the corridor where my room was situated, and the noise started again at 6h45 on a Sunday morning. They do not allow dogs into the breakfast room, so I always have to take breakfast in my room (in all fairness they do not charge extra for this).
Central location; parking; value for money; QUITE good wifi, though not quite stable enough for a video conference.

MaltaI have been to this hotel many times before. This time the receptionist was not so friendly, and I was given a different room. From that room I was disturbed a lot by the noise from the adjoining one.
Centrally placed, comfortable, good wi-fi, convenient parking garage under the hotel, good value for money. Breakfast served in the room was copious and good quality.
