Beautiful hotel in great location close to old town and beach

Nothing - everything was perfect.

Everything was perfect - the staff were so warm and friendly and helpful - from the receptionists to the breakfast staff and the housekeepers and the roof top bar staff. Th room was clean and comfortable and the daily breakfast was excellent. Very well located and stylish. My husband had a medical emergency during our stay and the staff were incredibly helpful. Highly recommend!!!

Everything was perfect, clean rooms, great breakfast, good location. We have to mention the receptionist Lori, who went out of her way and called a friend to organize a late dinner reservation for us. All in all a very pleasant experience!

Pool on the rooftop is very small, A/C was not as powerful as we'd like.

We were really glad we chose to stay here. Breakfast was great, staff super helpful providing tips on places to eat and visit and even going the extra mile by preparing us a little breakfast at very early hours due to a flight in Palermo we had to drive to catch. The property is well located and decor is beautiful with class. Thank you once again to the staff - they made it our best stay in Sicily!

The breakfast could have been a bit fancier, the scrambled eggs a bit overcooked.

The location was very ideal and the room was very spacious. Breakfast was standard with a wide variety of options. The beds are mega comfortable and the staff is very friendly. Would recommend

One lift, closest to our room was out of order, so a long walk on corridors with luggage to other lift.

Spacious room and large bathroom with bath and shower. Bed linen and towels/robes excellent. Delicious breakfast with generous range of Sicilian pastries, fresh fruits etc. Good service. Internal courtyard and arrangement of plants and flowers.

There were no English television channels or options for Netflix or Prime in lieu.

The hotel was in a great location with easy access to parking around the corner unlike many places in Sicily. It was a unique setting with a rooftop bar and pool overlooking the sea. The room was large as was the bathroom. The inside courtyard was where we had breakfast and it was quite unique.

We stayed for 4 days and asked the cleaners and the front desk not to change our sheets and to only replace towels that we left on the floor as we come from a place that is suffering drought and we take water conservation seriously. These requests were ignored. And to that point we were shocked that drinking water is not available to locals, tourists or anyone, anywhere in Sicily - everyone gets drinking water from plastic water bottles. Plastic that cannot be recycled and are clogging our seas and causing environment chaos.

The hotel was quiet yet very central to the old part of town and to shopping. We needed a retreat and the Andrea Hotel absolutely fit the bill. The staff were all very friendly and helpful, the beds were extremely comfortable and the breakfast was the best out of all the places we stayed over 3 weeks in Sicily. We liked the variety of foods- the fresh fruit and excellent coffee and lovely setting looking out to the courtyard. What made it especially enjoyable was the young person who waited on us and managed breakfast singlehandedly while being completely unflappable, personable and professional.

The staff were excellent, especially Monica at the Reception desk was friendly, caring and knowledgeable about the area. Breakfast was extensive and delicious. The room was perfect with aircon and a lovely shower. I'm a light sleeper and often struggle anywhere that's not at home, but here I slept like a baby! The rooftop pool was amazing as well - the view is incredible. Location-wise, the hotel is in the middle of everything. We would come back to Trapani just to stay at this hotel! As a side note, we were informed at arrival that there would be a power cut two days later due to maintenance works by an energy company. My partner and I really appreciated the way the hotel managed this; giving us advanced notice so we could plan our morning and they even offered complimentary drinks from the minibar after to apologise for the inconvenience! I appreciate this must have been frustrating for them as no one wants that for their guests, but they were so gracious and professional about it despite it being something that was completely out of their control.

Lovely large, bright room in well located hotel with pleasant staff and great breakfast. Roof terrace had views of sea and a small pool with loungers. Hotel bar and restaurant were worth a visit
