Very minor point : we had to ask for shower gel, usually when you don’t ask cleaning for the room, staff gives you a paper bag with this kind of products

We loved the charm of this hotel with spacious rooms. The massage bed were very appreciated especially after spending days walking in the city. The breakfast buffet is very good. The staff was friendly and helpful. The location is perfect for transport like bus and metro but you can easily walk to any big attraction like the Coliseum, the Forum, the Holy Stairs, la villa Borghese, the Trevi fountain. Also it is located steps away from Er Buchetto.

I stayed at this hotel twice and I can say that it's a nice choice for Rome as you are close to everything - train station, metro, hystorical sites and to hop-on hop-off bus if you want to take a ride with this one. The rooms are cosy, staff is friendly and you get everything you need for a cheaper price than the majority of 4 star hotels in the area that aren't even half as good.

The room was too small for two people. We stayed right on the day of my birthday and the receptionist did not upgrade room or gave any compliments to me. Poor service for 4* hotel.

The room wasn't cleaned by housekeeping even after the appropriate sign was hung on the door. Had to be chased repeatedly for it to be done.

The shower water wasn't hot enough, around 36-37°C.

Location. It's a few minutes from Termini station, and there are restaurants nearby. The receptionist let us check in when we arrived in the morning. They provided bathrobes and slippers in the room. The room was indicated to be 10m2 on Booking.com, but actually it seemed larger. I guess 10m2 doesn't include the bathroom.

The lock on our door was inoperable, in that it was always open. The latch was sticking continuously open, but the lights worked. The bolt inside worked. We didn't realize this for a day. When i reported it they said maintenance would fix it first thing in morning, but we had to inform day staff and doublecheck before it was fixed.

Very nice small room, comfortable bed, good pillows & towels. Service every day. The 16 euro breakfast was good, and certainly worth it the day we went to Pompeii. Hot water was warm enough, but hotter would have been nice. AC worked well. We would stay again, but check the lock!

I required a room for 1 night close to Roma Termini. The hotel was perfectly positioned and still within walking distance of all the main attractions. Bedroom was well furnished and bigger than I expected. Staff were very helpful and I was recommended a beautiful local restaurant for dinner.

You could hear outside street noises in early mornings. Hotel itself was very quiet.

The bathroom and in particular the shower need a good renovation. Shower was not working properly, it was very old and not well maintained. There was not enough pressure for the water to come through enough and the temperature of the water was not even close to warm. For summer days is ok but during winter it is inaceptable.

Very close to the main train station. Very clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was very good and a lot of choices were offered. Both Italian style breakfast and continental breakfast.
