Nothing to note here - weather was oppressively hot but that wasn’t the hosts’ fault & the apartment was a cool refuge.

This beautiful apartment is close to many Venetian landmarks but a little removed from tourist flows. The street opens to the canal and lots of bars and restaurants are nearby, so very convenient. We really appreciated extra touches like the hosts leaving some coffee & tea, pasta, shower gel, shampoo & conditioner in the apartment for our use. The personal touches made us feel very welcome.

The location was awesome - there is a little store around the corner, it was close enough to all the big attractions but nice and quiet around the apartment. the hosts were simply the best, helping out with any query we had. Apartment had just been Reno’d and was just so nice with two bed and bathrooms and a well stocked kitchen which we did cook in as well. And a washing machine to wash our clothes which is a must when travelling with 2 kids.

The apartment was beautiful, spacious, modern, comfortable, immaculately clean, and close to everything! The hosts were communicative and helped with directions, navigating the vaporetto (public boats), restaurant recommendations, and attractions. They also welcomed us with a bottle of Prosecco, coffee, and ample toiletries. The apartment also overlooks a pretty garden. Truly unparalleled stay!

The apartment was in a fantastic location, very clean, and had a perfect amount of space. The hosts/property owners were very friendly and helpful. We had excellent communication with them, and our check-in process was exceptionally smooth. If we are fortunate enough to return to Venice, we would choose to stay here again.

This is a very stylish appartment, beautifully decorated. It is less than a 10 minutes walk to Piazza di San Marco, and 7 minutes from San Zaccaria and the vaporettos. Even if it is situated in a quiet corner of the city, you are close to everything. The appartment was perfectly cleaned when we arrived. We were a little bit early, and we could store our luggage till the appartment was ready. It is in 3. floor and no lift, so be aware if you are elderly or bring heavy luggage. A well stocked supermarked was a 3 minute walk away, and you have many restaurants within 5 minutes. The host Cristian works in one of the glass factories on Murano - so you can visit that. Murano is a quiet mini version of Venezia.

Beautiful spacious apartment with large living room and two bedroom and two bathroom all within easy walking to St MarK’s Square, Grand Canal and Rialto bridge. Also very close to the ferry stations going to Murano and Burano.

Perfect apartment. Location really good, very quiet in a local’s area but only a stone’s throw from the Vaporettos , restaurants and St Mark’s Square. Owners were really helpful, always on call to answer our questions. Super comfy beds, well equipped kitchen and lovely views over a garden.

Very minor point, but it would have been helpful if an umbrella was available in the unit for the couple of days it rained. There were also several flights of steps which we needed to bring our luggage up/down.

Location was good - a quiet street, but within a ten-minute walk of almost everything. Christian provided all the information we could have needed, and was always available to help out. A great place to stay in Venice!

Awesome! Genuine hospitality! Our family enjoyed their holidays in this lovely apartment! Very nice apartment, very clean, ideally located for walking all over Venice! We are grateful for the warm welcome: champagne, pasta and all sorts of little things - very useful for the first evening! Beds and linens are perfect for relaxing after long walks! Quiet, cozy, a magnificent garden with singing birds gave pleasure every morning! The kitchen has absolutely everything for cooking and table setting, the bathrooms are immaculate! Absolutely everything is new, beautiful, perfectly clean and comfortable! The hosts supported us with advice during our stay in the city. We are American's living in Bulgaria for work. We traveled to Italy for New Year. This is the best booking.com/AirBnB experience I have ever had. The host Cris, is gifted in the hospitality industry. He is a true pro. Besides answering all the questions we had, checking in on us, and having a bottle of wine and a cake in the room for us, he let us stay hours over our check-out time without charging us extra (don't expect him always to do that), because of our late flight out. The location was great. It was away from the noise and hustle of San Marcos Square, but yet easy to walk to it if you want to. It is in a quiet neighborhood, so you will feel more like a local. One day we went to San Marcos and left because it was too chaotic and stressful with all of the tourists. If you want to have a luxury experience, you can. There is a dock 1 minute away where a private water taxi can drop you off or pick you up. Or you can take public taxis that are only 7 minutes away. There are two Michellene Star restaurants 2 minutes away and a very nice supermarket close by. Also, Cris will give you a tour of the glass factory he works at in Murano. If you want to spend some big money, you can easily do that here. Or, if you are like us, you can just pick up a few pieces for the kids. This is the one place I have stayed where the inside was better than the pictures. Everything is newly renovated with top-of-the-line material. Don't over-pack, because they have a nice washer machine in the room that works well. This is probably one of the best places to stay in Venice.
