Breakfast was fine but a bit under par relative to the shine and splendor of everything else on offer. And, oddly enough, the coffee wasn’t up to the high standards of Italy. Champagne/first world problems but could be improved.

First off, the staff were outstanding, being genuinely helpful and very warm and polite. The hotel is beautiful as was our room. A real gem of place with a well-earned 5 star calibre. And within easy walking distance of many attractions and's stores.

The staff were all amazing and very helpful, the room was stylish, very clean, comfortable and had a beautiful stand alone bathtub. I especially liked the bath products and it was very centrally located and easy to walk to the heart of Rome.

The property is exceptional, only thing to note is that they said there is a Jacuzzi on the premises but there isn’t one.

Breakfast not included in the price and maybe given the cost of the room they should reconsider this. That said the breakfast selection was excellent. The staff were very accommodating. My husband had a health issue and we had to arrive a day earlier than planned. Reception were able to ensure we did not need to move rooms.

Palazzo Ripetta is my new favourite place in Rome: design thought through to the tiniest details, exquisitely stylish rooms and lobbies, delicious breakfast, extraordinarily helpful staff who strives to meet and preempt every request, - the Italian hospitality and quality at its super best!

excellent location, room perfect, service of the staff top notch the breakfast is "continental". I do understand Italians do not have a breakfast culture - here is a bit of room for improvement. This however in the context that overall this is an almost perfect hotel

In an excellent location, the hotel offers a luxury base from which to explore Rome. The staff is very friendly and helpful. Recently refurbished, the rooms were excellent and generous in size with a great turndown service. The breakfast buffet was a joy to wake up to and the rooftop bar is an excellent location for pre-dinner drinks.

The only thing I could say was that our A/C turned off automatically in the bedroom in the middle of the night and we woke up being very hot! We were told if we wanted to change the temperature in the room we had to go downstairs and speak to the front desk, since that is where they can adjust the room temperature. We had a very difficult time sleeping the two nights we were there.

We loved the hotel, the room was fabulous and breakfast was wonderful!

There’s nothing to complain about: All was great

The hotel exudes Chic & Elegance in the heart of Rome. We got upgraded to a loft suite which was gorgeous. The design is simply awesome especially the upper floor room and the bathrooms. The garden restaurant is the perfect retreat from the clamor of the city and it’s very spacious. We also tried the San Baylon restaurant and it was delicious food with good service. All staff are friendly and eager to please. Can I move in please?
