Nothing. Everything was perfect.

Fantastic location, literally across the street from Juliet’s Balcony. Very clean and easy check in process. Was given lots of information and support before our arrival to make it seamless. Room was spacious and very clean and modern. We stayed at 5 properties over the space of a week and a half and this was by far the best.

I wish I could have stayed in Verona longer!

The Residenza Cardo Massimo is centrally located, a bonus, it's upstairs from an incredible restaurant. The staff is so communicative, friendly and helpful, ex: they send you detailed instructions, with video included, on how to find them and how to get into the building and your room. This was so helpful, considering it is a pedestrian only street. The room and accommodations are so comfortable and clean, they even provide a wine bottle opener and two wine glasses, along with water in the mini fridge. I highly recommend, and would stay here again if I return to Verona (which was a gem!)

The air-conditioning was a little tricky to use and took a while to cool down the room.

Incredible location, right on a lovely pedestrian street with cute cafes and shops! We could see the entrance to Juliets house/balcony from our window! A marching band came right past our balcony on the Sunday morning which was magical!

Everything was ok, coffe, tea, water from the house. Very cozzy , clean and with much space. The view from the balcony on Giulita s house and Piazza Erbe. Is central, max 10 minutes walk for all touristic objectives. The cleaning was done daily withought disturbing. All the facilities needed, modern acces clearly explained in a video. We didn’t see in the description of this rent the restrictions for the checkin, you need to be aware: check in is from 15 to 19:00, after 19h they charge you 12€ per hour for checkin late. The luggage storage is 5€ per accommodation at the reception where is at 5-10min away of the apartment ( close to the arena) . Even if the apartment was new, modern, clean they have to write all this things in the description. We were surprised to find out those conditions after booking. The apartment deserves a 10 but the hidden conditions deserve less.

The cleanliness, the proximity with the casa de guiletta ( you can see the entrance from the balcony), free tea and coffee for the breakfast, and the reception.

The location was fantastic! The bus from the train to Via Cappello was number 121, which was good to know and meant I only had to walk 5 minutes from the bus stop to the apartment. The apartment is close to everything, which was extremely handy!

it's the wine tasting festival between 13-15th October 2023. It's very noisy on the night we arrived (the 14th), people talked very loud, kept drinking, it's 2am.

Everything is very near to the apartment so you can approach all the attractions without a bus or train. It was also easy to store the luggage and the apartment was clean and very nice. In addition to that the check-in is very easy and everybody was kind.

A little bit expensive, but mostly ok. The host doesn’t come to check-in you. All communication by phone, not messenger. Be ready if you are foreign traveler, it can be call in roaming.

Very comfortable and beautiful rooms. In the heart of Verona. Big, light. All facilities are new. Good soundproofing in case the rooms right above the walking area.

Checkout could be a bit later. Now 10AM, our opera venue was till 2AM (due to rain).

It is in the heart of Verona, just across Juliet's House. There is no personal service, someone opens the door remotely when you call. This works fine. When you walk up the stairs, you don't expect the big and modern room. Nicely decorated with an eye for style and history. You'll find a clean room, with an ironing board for your night out at the opera, a small fridge and a good shower.
