The location is a bit far from everything, so you absolutely need a car. Staff was gracious enough to help us with our transportation needs by arranging local taxis, but options were limited.

The staff was amazing, very helpful and responsive. Nadia was very nice and made sure we were taken care of. Breakfast was an extra price but was very good. It was also nice that there was a restaurant on property. Quality of the food at the restaurant was very good and reasonability priced. The room was spacious and comfortable. Appreciated that we could have a later check-out as we were waiting on our taxi.

The counterstaffs are very respinsive and helpful. Room is clean Small airport just beside the hotel You can ask the pilots there to fly above Cortona 15 minutes.

We paid extra for the use of kitchen and that is OK, but it could be better equipped (no cutting board, large knife and stuff like that). It is a pity that there is no private terrace with each apartment, but you can sit outside in the common garden. Pool is closing at 20:00 and opens at 9:00 - it could be nice to be able to swim later or earlier, but I suppose it is because they would like to preserve silence during rest time.

Pool is very good and very clean you can see they pay close attention to cleanliness , each room has a place by the pool with parasol and deck chairs for each guest (we had chairs for kids as well and that was great). Dinner at the restaurant was great, prices affordable and staff very nice. Rooms clean and large. Perfect stay!

We are a family of 5 who enjoyed the stay at Residence Serristori very much. There was plenty of space in the apartment, a beautiful large and clean pool - and a lovely restaurant with local dishes. There was neither far to shopping nor to towns with the real Tuscan atmosphere. Special thanks to Nadia, who provides fantastic service and jumps in if there is the slightest thing.

We didn't get kitchen set in the apartnent. Extra cost for the set is 30 eur.

The property is nice, with beautifull swimming pool. We booked apartment for 5 and it was spacious and clean. The stuff is nice and friendly and everything was great. Also, within the property is small airfield with local aero club which is just perfect for aviation enthusisast and you can take a panoramic flight just after you wake up and have breakfast in your room and see tuscany from air :)

Our room was a bit dark as there was only one window. The walls are super thin - we could hear our neighbors clearly through the walls in the bathroom.

The property is beautiful with a large pool, very nice restaurant and safe parking spaces in the back. The location is great and close to lots of cities nearby. The staff is exceptional, very committed and super friendly. Most rooms and all common areas are barrier-free and disabled-friendly.

The twin bed isn't very comfortable and it was quite cold at night.

This is kind of a basic resort hotel with rooms around the pool area. The pool was closed because it was too cold to swim. They have a nice restaurant with very decent prices, so even though it's not near a city you're set for the day staying there. There's a flight school there, we took 15 minutes flight there and it was lots of fun :)

Checkin until 8 pm, it would be great if later checkin times were possible. The pool only opens at 9 am, so it was not possible to enjoy it in the evening or early in the morning. It was OK for us, but I think if we stayed longer, we would appreciate longer opening hours. We did not use the kitchen in the apartment, there is an extra charge, very unusual.

Beautiful location, not far from the motorway, easy to find. Spacious rooms, great restaurant on the territory of the hotel. Clean pool, lots of space. The staff at the reception and at the restaurant are exceptional. We have been on a road trip, and stayed at various hotels, the kindness of the staff was incomparable to others. We only had one night, and we all wished we had more time. We will definitely be back.

Don't want to appear to be nit picking. the apartment needs some attention. for example the shower sliding door has to be wrestled with to close it. The water pressure plays alot with sudden bursts of hot /cold. the windows cannot be left ajar , if left open during the night it gets cold, if closed the room gets hot(there is a/c). The extraction fan above the cooker leads directly into the above cupboard.There is no formal breakfast but you have to order a packed one which is delivered to your room within 30 min of the promised time. so don't expect scrambled eggs

The location is excellent as a base to explore the area. close by attractions include Arezzo, Siena, Cortona, Castel Fiorentin (10 min away) , Montepulciano ,Trasimeno lake, Outlet Village. The residence is actually a base for a flying school with a landing strip 10m away.it was a pleasure watching the Cessnas taking off and landing from my bathroom. Pool very spacious and clean with numbered dedicated sunbeds . restaurant has a varied menu and makes very a good pizza which is well priced too.
