AC thermostat is either locked at 23.6 or the AC is missing freon. the room was hot at night. Wine bottle key provided by the room was damaged and it snapped cutting my hand open.

The room was great. The location is good. The room is large enough to accommodate a family of 4. Stayed in the purple room. Everything looked great. Room had everything going for it except for two things. AC thermostat is either locked at 23.6 or the AC is missing freon. the room was hot at night. We were a family group of seven who had booked 4 rooms. We were met at the doors and given a tour of each room. The absolute best part of the process was being able to handle some of the check in before we arrived. After a long day in Florence and the train ride it was welcomed. Dinner reservations were also made for us at a great restaurant about 5 minutes away. It was our favourite meal in Venice. The service was over the top in a great way. One of our tours was a St. Marks in the afternoon and one of our party would not be able to make it back in time to get pants. With the assistance of Davide we were able to overcome this hurdle. When I return to Venice, this will be the first place I look to stay at. Do not overthink it, book your stay here!

For our last 2 days we were woken up by LOUD hammering and drilling. Completely not at any fault of Residence Poli Venezia but it ruined our mood in YeH morning, especially when you’re on holiday. It sounded like they were in the room. Best to check if they’re almost finished before booking.

Chiara was absolutely lovely, welcoming and so helpful. The square was beautiful, a coop (market) was just round the corner which was extremely handy. The apartment was spacious with good facilities and excellent air on

Small but perfect for a few days in Venice. Comfortable bed, great shower and kitchen facilities (we didn’t use - but seemed well equipped). Location was fantastic. Hosts really lovely and helpful. Would definitely return.

Nothing really. As others have said, it is a little dark but other than that, perfect.

Great location, comfy bed, a lovely courtyard you can chill out in and have breakfast.

Air con would have been good but at this time of year (may) not essential. there was nothing else.

The apartments are in a neighbourhood area of Venice just around the corner from a lovely square which has restaurants and a local shop. The apartment is well equipped and spacious and comfy. All in all an excellent place to stay. thank you

From the early hours of the morning there was a lot of noise from deliveries on the street outside the bedroom windows

Our apartment was lacking natural light and seemed dark even with lights on. Most of the plug sockets where different from standard EU adapters so quite restricted for charging phones etc and drying hair. Apart from that. It’s a great place to stay.

The location is amazing. The apartment is larger than the pictures which was nice surprise. There is a supermarket right around the corner for all you need. All in all a fab place to stay in Venice.

There was nothing we disliked, would recommend this place to anyone!

We stayed 4 nights in the Ruby apartment. The apartment was beautifully furnished, very chic. The apartment had all the amenities needed for a short stay in Venice - we made use of the kitchenette for two meals and our breakfasts, using the Co-Op round the corner for supplies. The location is perfect, close to a busy square and a 15-20 brisk walk to the main sights. Despite being located close to a square the area is very quiet at night which is important to us. We met Chiara at the start of our stay for check in and Chiara was very helpful and friendly.

Color of the walks in the blue appartment is very dark. More dishes would be useful because of the big dishwasher.
