Room is nice and you can reach everywhere by walk. It has a pretty patio if you like to use.

Lovely apartment with super comfortable four post bed. Clean modern bathroom and kitchen facilities. We only stayed 1 night but loved it. Nice and quiet location in between Rialto and train station.

Instructions for finding room were a bit confusing and could be clearer, especially as you need to go over 2 canal bridges.

Nice room in excellent quiet location close to 2 Valporetto stops with nearby supermarket and a number of good value restaurants. Friendly helpful hosts.

Lack of staff presence at arrival. We were lucky to bump into the cleaning lady who was kind enough to give us access. The safe was not bolted and the front panel was loose. We ended up keeping our valuables with us. The property is very dark and would benefit from a lighter color on the walls.

We liked the location, its cleanliness, nicely decorated, well maintained, nicely furnished. The coffee machine was appreciated.

fabulous location within easy walking distance of piazzale Roma , the Rialto , accademia, san Marco, the grand canal etc. the campo alongside the residence has a bakery, cofe’s, a co-op supermarket and restaurants… brilliant 👍Davide our host was super helpful, kind and patient.

A little confusing finding apt but that may be just us. Google maps didn’t take us straight to door.

Clean comfortable apartment with everything you need! Host very nice and met us upon arrival. About 10-15 min walk from train station but there are 3 bridges to cross so used Porter to haul luggage from train station. Was 25 euros but worth it.

Very minor, but we didn’t love the dark purple walls - but perhaps that’s just a Venice style. Don’t let the color stop you from renting - Really nice room!!

Davide was a wonderful host - greeted us upon arrival and let us store our bags. The apartment is spacious. Bed is comfortable. Bathroom is large with room for all toiletries. No hair conditioner is supplied. Hair dryer was great. Coffee and sugar are provided. the apartment is off a piazza with several cafes and restaurants - it is a real neighborhood. Five minute walk to vaporetta. We loved our stay here.

As it is on the ground floor it is short on daylight but this is solved with a very nice lighting concept.

Everything was outstanding. The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped, the bed comfortable. It is a 10 minutes walk from the station and located in a very quiet road but close to a supermarket and restaurants. The small terrace is luxury. Davide was super-friendly and helpful. We are definitely coming back.

Getting lost is always easy in Venice. Directions to property could be even more explicit. They could include landmarks and business names to help with muliple turns from Vaporetto stop. Manager was available by phone quickly and very helpful.

Nothing, it was great! If I was being super picky it was a little dark in there but it didn’t really matter as we spent most of the time out and about!

Great location, everything felt close by and it was very easy to get to from the water taxi (only about a 5-10 min walk from San Stae). The property had everything we needed, plus it was clean, comfortable and safe. Great communication from the owners too! I would absolutely recommend 😊
