Matteo was really helpful! He gave us great tips for the area and if there were any questions about the flat he was always available. The property is very well maintained ! We had a lovely view of the sea. Short walk to the Supermarket . Cala Gonone is a lovely town with nice restaurants and lovely beaches around! Make sure to hire a boat to explore the coast ( ask Matteo ;)). We had a wonderful time and would stay at Biriola again if we are in the area!!

Spacious and clean apartment with terrace in stunning Cala Genome. The host was molto simpatico and gave us lots of useful information including great restaurants. I would definitely like to stay there again. We were also told we could help ourselves to the herbs growing in the garden.

Matteo was very welcoming, kind and helpful throughout our stay. He was quick at responding and tried to help us book some tours and gave us recommendations for activities and restaurants The apartment was exactly as pictured, simple, clean and just an 8 minute walk to the main strip. I have back issues and need a bed with support. The bed in our room was very comfortable. We had a car rented and didn't need to use it once as many beaches can be visited through tours or boat taxi. We fell in love with Cala Gonone. Heads up there is only an AC unit in the main room. We left it on and had the bedroom door open so it wasn't a problem but those who run hot may need a fan. I believe there was one. There was also a self serve laundry downstairs which was very helpful. Everwhere we traveled in Europe only use a washer and there is a big drying rack to hang clothes and put them on the front balcony in the sun. That's what we did at Residence Briola as well. Convenient and quick. We plan to return to Cala Gonone and would love to stay at Residence Briola in the future. Thanks again Matteo and family for making our stay wonderful!

The sound proof of building is a bit poor. A bit noisy in the morning which is normal in the countryside I guess.

Appartment reached via common balcony with neighbouring rooms. Neighbours can install themselves which (as in our case with rather talkative Dutch neighbours) due to closeness makes it less private to also enjoy the balcony. But enough to see and do in Cala Gonone...

Nice appartment, on first floor, reached via stairs. Clean, spacious, well equipped. Proper curtains. Good beds and bathroom. Ample free parking space in front. Sea can be seen from appartment. Quiet neighborhood. Walking distance downhill to center and seafront of Cala Gonone. Marco and his father Bruno is are fine and helpful hosts.

- the A/C is only in the living room. For me it was not a problem, but for one of my children it was too hot in the night.

+ Matteo is a very nice host, he offered us some advice about what to do in Cala Gonone + the 2 bedroom apartment is very large for the price + everything necessary like fridge, etc, is there + just 2-3 minutes away from the next shops and about 10 minutes from the port, where you can also eat breakfast, if you don't prepare your own in the apartment + possible to park on the street outside of the apartment When I am coming back to Sardinia, I would like to stay again in this apartment!

Great apartment! It’s clean and it has everything you need. Matteo is really nice and communicating with him went very smoothly. Nice view from the apartment and just a short walk to the center. I’d read reviews about the airconditioning being placed in a weird place, but this wasn’t a problem at all. it can easily cool the entire apartment.

Exceptional holiday apartment that’s situated just a short walk away from the port, central beach, restaurants, bars, and shopping. We had a large apartment with full kitchen, spacious (and very clean) bathroom, big comfortable bed (great monogrammed sheets, guys!). Delightful owner/manager is welcoming and speaks excellent English.

Apartement well maintained, clean but could be modernised. Seems bigger in pictures. No genral bin provided. Only brown bin. The general bins must be disposed of in the village.

Position, easy to reach on top of the village, calm, and easy to communicate with the owner, who is very attentive and manages very well his appartements.

Nice and clean apartment. Matteo the owner is very nice and goes above and beyond to help. He called several supermarkets and pharmacies for us as we couldn’t find the right baby milk !

We sleept in the apartment for two persons, but actually it is a bedroom with a kitchen. The kitchen is so small that you have a small table in it, but for a bank there’s no space. The kitchen furniture is not complete anymore. Next time I would book one of the larger ones. We sat on the veranda, but you have to share that with another apartment, there’s no private space.

Nice bedroom and bed, nice host and also his father who showed the garden with herbs which we could use, clean, good location to reach the boulevard.
