Everything was more than ok.

The accomodation was great from all points of view. Everything was organized, clean, prepared for outstanding holiday. The lady in the reception was extremely nice, we had a little chat every time we went by. We also liked the dinner that was organized by the accomodation and the way of transportation to it.

The mattress in one of the beds was not very comfortable. The other mattresses were fine.

The service was incredible. Daniella was great, helped us with everything we needed and did everything with a smile.

It's a bit difficult to find the hotel at first time. Don't trust any Navigation (Google map etc). Just drive the Arabba town, find the Church and turn right. It is about 100m from there.

The Hotel is very clean and well equipped. Staff are very friendly. We arrived at almost 10pm of the night. But Dauiela managed to help our family out. She is really amazing. And there is even a Tesla destination charger at the hotel. Restaurant and supermarket is about 100m away. Definite a place I will visit again.

Everything was fine

I highly recommend! Great hotel right on the slope with ski-to-door and ski room. Rooms clean and nice. Very friendly hotel staff. A bottle of prosecco and a view of the slope and mountains were waiting for us in the room. We used the spa almost every day - thanks to the fact that there are only a few apartments in the hotel, the spa is not crowded and it is quiet which was a big plus for us.

Very small ski changing room, too many rules: leave your shoes outside, sort and deposit the garbage when you leave (fine with sorting), don't put the car in the garage if you need it daily etc. We were with our two kids and when we extended the couch it blocked completely the living. Fine for 3 persons, too small for 4.

Fantastic apartment. Clean, modern and less than 1 minute walk to the slopes and first ski lift. Very well equipped kitchen, wonderful free spa facilities and incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Underground parking if no roof box. Otherwise private parking immediately outside building. Highly recommend

The instructions for residents in the apartment booklet are a bit scarey. Quite a lot of rules and regs that are in effect perfectly reasonable but I think if I had read that before I booked it might have scared me off a bit. Nothing to worry about if you are a considerate person though.

Residence Aspen is a great place to stay in the mountains. Well located for the shops and bars (The espar supermarket is just a few moments away and they are very friendly) The apartment itself is beautiful with comfy beds and great bathroom and kitchenette that has all you need. Quite a few things are supplied, even coffee capsules for the Nespresso machine. The only thing you might want to bring is maybe salt, pepper and sugar. There is also a free coffee machine in the communal lounge along with other goodies for your delectation. Downstairs is a great spa with inside and outside jacuzzis as well as a sauna, steam room and several massage chairs. Hot lemon tea on tap and nice calming music playing everywhere. It's not normally my thing but I spent a few hours down there and loved it. There is a lift and laundry facilities available and everything is spotlessly clean. We didn't need for anything really but I'm sure the nice lady on reception would be able to help with whatever. She even gave us a gift when we checked out. Very thoughtful indeed and just topped off a lovely stay. Thanks 🙂

Very clean, beautiful room, quiet and comfortable. The spa facility was great. Aspen residence had everything we needed and more, including a free to use laundry and voucher for pizza drink and coffee at a local restaurant, which was great. Breakfast cakes etc provided along with cofee. Daniella was wonderful, nothing too much trouble..Arabba itself is pretty and plenty of lifts were working in the summer to allow easy access to the mountains.

Finding the chalet isn’t easy

Great rooms, really comfy beds, friendly helpful staff, selection of bites to eat if you want something quick for breakfast. Spa downstairs is great.

The residence is located in the center of Arabba and just next to the skilift (one minute walk). In case Google Maps is wrong, take the road just beside the slope. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Also restaurants and a super market are next door.
