Staff were exceptional- helped with info and guidance on exploring the area. Organised a taxi to the airport which was cheaper than an Uber , and guaranteed to turn up! The property is on the outskirts of the city which means it’s quiet but that’s not a bad thing. They offer a shuttle bus to the nearest metro station and will pick you back up which is great. As metro is very cheap -€1.5 to go all the way into the City, so travelling around is reasonable

Location is not convenient, metro and restaurant are 30min walk away and the route can be a bit dangerous due traffic. They have a shuttle to but a couple of fixed times.

Very far out of city, at least half an hour walk from metro. No shops or restaurants around. We had to pay foe use of pool even though we were residents of hotel.

It was a pity that we couldn't use the swimming pool because our boys were not old enough. They had to be older than 12.

The hotel is in a quiet neighborhood far from the noisy center. It is handy that there is a shuttle option to the metro station. The rooms are very clean and they have comfortable beds. Breakfast is also included.

The location was not ideal, (unless you have a car) but this was overcome by the shuttle service too and from the metro.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. Everyone made us feel very welcome. The self service breakfast was fresh and tasty and the pizzas in the restaurant were delicious. Our rooms were clean, comfortable and well serviced. The shuttle service to and from the metro was really helpful. We didn’t have time to use the pool as we were only staying a short time and we packed a lot into each day, but it looked crystal clear. We would stay at the Ranch Palace again.

Our room faced the front so was a little noisy with no view, but otherwise all was fantastic!

A bit dated, (must have been amazing 20 years ago!) but super clean, big comfy bed and friendly staff. Perfect for our one night stay, after arriving late at Naples, the kids wanted to stay longer and use the pool!

Sofa bed quality wasn’t good. not a.good mattress. Need to improve or need to nofity in advance. Also be aware of any food inside the room. Ants may come.

For visitors coming outside Italy the traditional Italian breakfast is somewhat exotic and maybe some English/French subtitles would help to manage all those pastries :)

We stayed for three nights in the hotel with my father and the staff was so helpful, friendly and also smart in the sense that they told what to avoid in Naples. Super nice!
