We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.

United KingdomWe booked originally into a disability labelled room which had an extra large bathroom. Unfortunately this was large at the expense of other aspects meaning it was very cramped.We asked for a change of room which the hotel kindly arranged. The hotel is situated on a very busy road so exits on foot are challenging .
The room had a very large and comfortable king size bed. The bathroom was a good size and well laid out overall. The quirky design features and restaurant were very attractive.

RomaniaIf I need to find something negative to this hotel it could be the location, approximately 1.8 km from Centro Storico, but immediately I realise they can not have all of this facility if they are located at city centre, so a walk to the city centre is good for the health.
What I liked? In one word, everything. The room is nice and very modern with different facilities (chromo gadget in the bathroom, pillow menu!, big smart TV, free water every day in the mini fridge). The personnel is very nice and receptive. The hotel has a big free parking lot. The breakfast was very good with variate and qualitative products. The hotel restaurant "Negroamaro" is very nice, a fine dinning one with very good dishes at a convenable price. Strongly recommended.

Very modern and clean. Good parking facilities. Breakfast was good. Close to the city center and nearby shops. Friendly helpful staff. Spacious cupboard safe. Good magnifying mirror as part of the main mirror in the bathroom.

SwitzerlandJust on the outskirts of the old city center. It is the most modern hotel I have ever been too and was not just comfortable but also very spacious. Anyone who wants to have an FOB for the beaches(Lecce is 30 min drive from the beaches east or west), this is a possibility as it is right by gas stations and supermarkets to refill essentials. There is a shaded avenue to walk to the city center but we took a taxi every-time as my wife was heavily pregnant (taxi to anywhere in the city from the hotel was always 15 euros). Parking is free which is important as one cannot drive i to the old town without a permit and it is a gated spacy parking so one should not worry about the bad parking jobs from others.

NetherlandsThe hotel might consider providing more places to enjoy the outside space in the shade. The bar and the restaurants are closed on Sundays.
The hotel is very modern and comfortable. The rooms are large. The TV channels are diverse, also for non Italian speakers. The location is a bit unusual, but the walk to the old town is a mere 20 minute. There is sufficient parking place. The restaurant is an added value.

Amazing hotel in Lecce. The amenities, the room, bed, breakfast, they exceed our expectations. They were also super kind with us providing a welcome drink as we were in our honeymoon.

An amazing one month long stay at an amazing Hotel. Everything was perfect. From the stuff at reception, especially Anghelo, to the cleaning ladies and the breakfast staff. The room size and in room facilities and technology supplied, were also great. Great facilities, gym, parking place, cleanliness, location. Truly an amazing and unforgettable experience. Thank you all for making my one month away from home, as Homie as possible!
