You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):
To make sure reviews are relevant, we may only accept reviews that are submitted within 3 months of checking out, and we may stop showing reviews once they’re 36 months old – or if the Accommodation has a change of ownership.

When you see multiple reviews, the most recent ones will be at the top, subject to a few other factors (what language a review is in, whether it’s just a rating or contains comments as well, etc.). If you like, you can sort and/or filter them (by time of year, review score, etc.).
We sometimes show external review scores from other well-known travel websites. We make it clear when we’ve done this.

Czech Republichotel is a gallery of modern and contemporary art. Beautiful art pieces hanging on walls even in spa, very gently chosen and perfect installed. loved the location of hotel, all rooms facing the beautiful scenery of Beskydy mountains. Spacious restaurant has a really calm atmosphere, food was delicious and it has a great vegetarian menu also with wine pairing which was a nice suprise! Very nice and well equipped spa with outside swimming pool. Art even in Spa! loved it!

Miura is superb design hotel which is gallery of modern art at the same time. Hotel stuff was professional and very helpful. Breakfast was delicious with very wide selection of hot and cold meals made from local ingredients. In hotel restaurant we took the degustation menu with wine pairing, it was absolutely fantastic! Directly from the hotel room we had amazing view on mountains and golf ground. The spa area is very nice and relaxing. In outside pool you can swim, even if the weather is not perfect.

Czech RepublicThe room was below expectations for the price which is very high for given region. Small and a bit below what we expected, there was e.g. no air condition. The sink outside of the bathroom is an odd thing I would not recommend. TV was very old/cheap.
Love the design of the hotel, all was in line with my expectations, very stylish and modern. Restaurant and food pretty good, too. The staff was very nice too. I cant complain. My concern, nothing to complaint about, is that the price was very high, but not everything met the expectations. All in all a great place to stay.

SlovakiaWe have booked the hotel for 1 night. We chose it because it is close to golf course and it had spa and pool available, which we wanted to use right after our arrival. Spa is open until 10pm. When we came down at 8pm to use it, we realised that the staff simply took off early (maybe there was happy hour in local pub) and the spa was not accessible for us. When we notified reception staff, they did not know about it and they were surprised. After 10 minutes they came with an excuse, that something has broken (they did not know what) and therefore "whole spa including pool and sauna " could not be used anymore. The guy had no clue what was broken in spa and when will they fix it, but simply said we can go next day (just for record: checkout is at 11am and spa is open from 2pm). He was not realizing how ridiculous this was and one absurdity after another one was coming out of his mouth. It was obviously a fake excuse and I told him that. This was very unprofessional from the staff who left early and also from receptionist covering for him. For me it is the same thing as you would pay for hotel breakfast and the cook decides not show up in the morning. And the waiter would tell you to come and grab breakfast next day, when you are hundreds of kilometers away from the hotel.
My overal perception was completely destroyed by the experience with spa.
