Each review score is between 1-10. To get the overall score that you see, we add up all the review scores we’ve received and divide that total by the number of review scores we’ve received. We are currently testing a weighted review system in Malta and Iceland (excluding hotel and vacation rental chains). For properties in these countries, the more recent the review, the bigger the impact on the total review score calculation. You can review an Accommodation that you booked through our Platform if you stayed there or if you arrived at the property but didn’t actually stay there. To edit a review you’ve already submitted, please contact our Customer Service team.
We have people and automated systems that specialise in detecting fake reviews submitted to our Platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone else who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team, so our Fraud team can investigate.
Ideally, we would publish every review we receive, whether positive or negative. However, we won’t display any review that includes or refers to (among other things):

Czech RepublicBreakfast was really simple - coffee/tea/milk/water (weird juice was just horrible). bread, sliced cheese, salami and butter, croissants, apples, cornflakes and yogurt, thats it :). Forget eggs in any form, toast, jam, sausages or anything warm. But ok, it feeds you for the morning :) The staircase to rooms was really narrow, lift, which starts one floor up, was tiny as well.
Room was quite small, but it was single bed, still with a table and chair, spatious closet and bedside table, so why not. Small refrigerator was a nice surprise (according to hotel web, it was not suppose to be in the room). Staff was nice and spoke good English. Location is quite good, not in the centre, but close the subway (400 m) and tram (200 m - it turned out to be the best way to get to the centre). Hotel wifi was quite fast.

SingaporeThe AC was a little loud and sometimes you can hear water in the pipes. Infrastructure a bit old but works okay. The TV was a little patchy. In the first 3 weeks of august, most of the restaurants and shops around are closed, so it was hard to find food.
Friendly staff. There is a fridge in the room, although no microwave. Room was clean and reception is 24/7. Breakfast was great, I especially liked the nutella croissants. Housekeeping was nice. Good value for money.

But the look of the room.. like you could find dead body under the bed.😅 Conditioner unit was loud as..either you die from heat or not sleep from all the noise. Not the best vibe. For sure not 3*. Been to some 2* that looked a lot better and staff was friendly and everything.
