The Pascaraymondo Palace is located in the middle of old town Gallipoli, making it a perfect spot for a holiday in this beachfront town on the Ionian Sea. Even though it’s a short walking distance to amazing restaurants and the beach, it’s very quiet once inside the rooms because of excellent weatherproof windows and thick walls. Giuseppe and Fernando treated us like royalty and couldn’t have been more gracious and accommodating. They catered to our every need and truly went above and beyond to make our stay memorable. The rooms are enormous and well outfitted with AC, good lighting and wonderful linens. Breakfast is served on the beautiful upstairs terrace in good weather and made to order. I would absolutely recommend a stay at the palace while visiting Gallipoli!!

Loved everything 😍

Stayed at this beautiful old house as I had read the reviews and it did not disappoint. The owners give a level of service that we have never witnessed before. Every guest is given royal treatment. The location is just fabulous, right in the middle of the town but a few steps away from the main area and 5 minutes from a great beach. Highly recommend, would go back tomorrow

Nothing, it was faultless!

This was a delightful family run, boutique hotel in a great location. The hotel itself was beautiful and full of history. Everyone (the whole family) was lovely and very attentive. We parked outside the old town and they were great at transferring us directly to the car each day we needed it. Breakfast on the terrace was incredible and we couldn’t speak any higher of the quality of service and environment, we felt so at home. They made it feel intimate and just a pleasure to stay.

The only thing I missed was a magnifying mirror to put on make up in the bathroom.

I cannot honestly remember being made to feel so welcome at a hotel anywhere in the World. But this is a special place. Any questions prior to our arrival or during our stay were answered immediately. The family clearly have a passion for making sure their guests feel at home and nothing is too much trouble to ensure you have a great stay. The room was very comfortable and the rooftop terrace for breakfast was perfect. The attention to detail makes the palace stand out but above all the family, Guiseppe, Fernando and Mamma add something that you will not normally find in a hotel and they make this place special.

One small suggestion: having a little mat in the shower would be really helpful. As we get older, it can be a bit scary to think we might slip.

Giovanna prepared a breakfast that was simply outstanding. Freshly baked pastries, local cheeses, and seasonal fruits were just a few of the highlights, all enjoyed on a rooftop terrace with spectacular sunset views.

Location: The palace is beautifully located in the historic center of Gallipoli, close to all the great restaurants, cozy bars and the lovely beach in the old town. If you have a rental car, there are several convenient parking options available. 10 mins by car to Baja Verde, and short distances to many other beautiful sandy beaches. The palace: It is hard to describe the palace with words. We were blown away when we entered it for the first time. The place is a historical palace that has been beautifully restored. It is incredibly nice to look at both from the outside and the inside. When it comes to the interior, modern elements are perfectly combined with antique elements - very stylish. The suites in the palace are spacious, with modern facilities, comfortable beds, very clean (cleaned daily during our 8 night stay), and most importantly it is peaceful and quiet. From the rooftop terrace you can witness the most epic sunsets you have ever seen and enjoy a fresh breeze from the sea during breakfast in the mornings. Breakfast: Very deliscious Italian breakfast with food from local stores and markets, as well as homemade food prepared with a lot of love. Examples: Homemade cakes, eggs and bacon, mozarella, tomatoes, croissants, fresh fruits (even from their own garden), different types of coffee… you name it. You can choose exactly what you want from a menu the day before. The best in the end - the family who runs this place: The two brothers Fernando and Giuseppe, Mum and Dad. The family who runs this place is incredibly kind, helpful and caring. They are lovely and good people and run this place very professionally. At the same time they will make you feel at home and will give you the attention you need to enjoy your stay without having to worry about anything. Mum makes a great brekfast, a lovely woman with a big heart who is interested in her guests. Dad takes care of the place in the afternoons after his job at the hospital and will make you feel safe.

Beautiful place with amazing staff ! The place is owned by a very welcoming and caring family. The palace is gorgeous and quiet, the suites are just perfect. I do recommend this hotel (which is a bit more than an hotel)

I honestly cannot think of anything I didn't like about the hotel. Everything from the service to the accommodations exceeded my expectations. The family running the hotel went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay. Highly recommended!

This accommodation is outstanding! The family running it has done a fantastic job preserving the atmosphere and history of the palace while achieving a very high standard in the suites. I wouldn't call this an ordinary hotel; it is something else entirely. The service they provide is on a completely different level, and many times during my stay, I wondered how I could ever repay that level of service. The family is always available and happily offers advice during the day if you have any questions about restaurants, attractions, activities, and more. Do not hesitate to make your reservation!

That we had to leave 😟

Perfect location - just steps away from everything. Breakfast was wonderful and the rooftop balcony setting was the perfect place to start the day. Fernando and Giuseppe and their Mama and Papa are the perfect hosts - they made us feel part of their family and we can’t wait to go back. Mama’s lemon cake and jam tart were amazing. Beautiful sandy beach a few minutes walk.

We spent 4 nights in this beautiful palace for the second time. Somehow we were a little afraid that things would be disappointing now. But nothing could be further from the truth! The family is so friendly and helpful, they really do everything to make their guests happy. We immediately felt at home again. The rooms are still beautiful, everything is very well maintained. The breakfast on the roof terrace was perfect. Also use Giuseppe's restaurant tips, and you can be sure that you will enjoy a delicious meal, usually with a beautiful view. We have brought home many wonderful memories that we can cherish for a long time. For us, there is no better place to stay in Gallipoli than Pascaraymondo. We will definitely go back again

There is nothing not to like. Exceeded all my expectations and ask my family… I’m hard to please.

Absolutely everything. This palace has been restored with such attention to detail. It is family owned and run by 2 sons, Giuseppe and Fernando along with their parents. From the moment we arrived we felt so welcome and nothing was too much trouble. The level of hospitality was outstanding. I don’t think I’ve ever stayed anywhere the service is so personalised. Prior to arrival Giuseppe was emailing me and giving me suggestions for my upcoming stay and all questions answered promptly. All I can say is don’t hesitate to book this place, you won’t regret it. Best location ever. I didn’t want to leave and I will certainly be back.

Everything was perfect!

This palazzo is a historical building in the middle of the old town and in short walking distance to the beach, renovated to best standards for accommodating guests, decorated with antique pieces of art, all managed by a lovely family making you feel at home during your stay. Giuseppe and Fernando, with their parents Raffaela and Mimmo are a fantastic team spoiling you with individually prepared breakfasts on the spectacular terrace, giving expert advice for site-seeing as well as cultural and culinary delights. Absolutely everything, the facilities were perfect and of a high quality , the area fantastic but the best thing of all was the family, their attention to detail, service, hospitality and general friendliness was first class. We loved hearing about the history of their home very proud people and quite rightly to . The boys were a credit to their parents and also enjoyed a joke. I cannot speak highly enough of this home

The ‘palace’ was incredible- like staying in a museum. The height of the ceilings amazing and we loved the outdoor terrace where we had breakfast. It was fantastic to be able to open our windows out on to the street.
