The Villa has been beautifully renovated. Our room was tastefully and thoughtfully furnished, and included a large wardrobe. The staff at the Villa were incredible from start to finish. The concierge took delivery of an order before I arrived and it was waiting in our room when we checked in. The restaurant staff were lovely and it was a pleasure dining there.

The beds were a little hard, the shower/ water was weird (it periodically ran extremely hot to the point of being painful - the front desk acknowledged that it was a known issue with how their water system worked to ensure the pipes wouldn't freeze in the winter, but was a real pain in the summer). The front desk staff was really nice, but the cleaners were a little *too* persistent (they kept knocking/ banging on the door, even when we told them we weren't ready to leave yet and needed a little more time) and for some reason the restaurant wouldn't let us eat dinner outside, even though they would serve us drinks and they were fine with us eating breakfast outside.

The hotel was overall very nice, with friendly and very helpful folks at the front desk and our room was large and mostly comfortable. The location was good but not great. The food and drink was good, and the breakfast buffet was generous. The property is beautiful.

We ate at the restaurant for dinner one night and I ordered a steak. It was the worst I have had in many years. I am sure the cooks were just off that night, and we were not lucky.

The staff was great - they were able to check us in early. They also gave us freah apples. We love our room - it felt like a beautiful antique BnB. There was a lot of parking available. The breakfast was good they offered hot items like eggs and bacon, so it was not just a typical Italian breakfast.

we just came in after midnight while travelling trough, the reception was very welcoming even at that time. rooms were comfortable and very clean. breakfast was excellent as well as the service. we needed to leave early again to catch our flight so unfortunately we could not explore more

I did not like that the 3rd bed was a floor up from the double bed. For a young child we couldn't let him go up 1 flight of stairs and leave him sleep on his own. It was in the same room but just on a higher level. We managed to sleep all 3 in the double bed. We were squashed and didn't sleep properly.

The breakfast and room were very good. Room is cosy . Bathroom has a very good shower.

The air conditioning was not working. Other guests were partying too loud and triggered the fire alarms multiple times in the middle of the night, and it took them a while to turn it off. Phone was not connecting to front desk.

Nice atmosphere with beautiful view. The furnishings look very well taken care of. Tidy room and bathroom. Staff cleans everyday around the afternoon. The breakfast is buffet-style with fair amount of choices, even with gluten-free corner. The hotel is located near the city center, but far enough from main road to avoid traffic noises.
