Nice, calm, comfortable and spacious place. We had a room at the last floor, it was very good. Great welcome pack, we had almost everything for breakfast. Good location in not very touristy street.

It wasn't a problem for us, but someone should keep in mind if you have an issue with mobility or have a heavy luggage, that there is no lift in the building.

The location is super. Not too far from the train station. Accommodation is clean and tidy. There are everything what you need for a short stay. The drinks in the fridge and some snacks were very much appreciated after a long journey :)

First of all, I have to say it was emergency booking. We had to stay in Venice one more day unplanned and I had to find any available apartment, not much expensive and in the best way as near to the train station as possible. And this one as the best solution and I cannot regret about that for sure. Everything was solved fast and without any problems. I could even pay later. The apartment is small but fine and clean with nice bonuses like snacks and drinks. That’s a perfect choice if you need to stay in Venice not for long time. But the best thing we found regarding this apartment is its location. It’s located not in typical touristic district of the city, there are no tourist crowds and very quiet. So you can explore Venice from the fully other side. At the same time it’s still relatively near to the center. You need 10-15 minutes to reach most of famous Venice places. Small hint: the small restaurant on the opposite side of the channel from the apartment is awesome. A bit expensive but it's definitely worth it. Highly recommended!

We recently stayed at this fantastic apartment in Venice and had a wonderful experience. The location was absolutely incredible, situated just off the canal and charming local spots. The apartment was extremely spacious and comfortable, providing us with plenty of room to relax and enjoy our stay. Everything in the apartment was modern and well-maintained, with all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. Bonus: the location is just across from the water taxi stop to the airport - such a convenience. Overall, we highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a perfect place to stay in Venice. We would definitely stay here again!

There is a garbage tax in Venice that is 4 € per person per day, so just be mindful of that (can pay with credit card). I told the properly manager on What's App that we would not have wifi after a certain time, however they did not get back to me in time with the check in information so we had to briefly turn on our data to phone them and get the info. Then they asked for a 10/10 review. Shower doors were off the track, and we had to fix it ourselves. Construction going on across the street that was loud and not mentioned prior to booking. Air conditioner not working in bedroom.

Location was great! Very close to main areas, but no crowds of people; felt safe. Cute apartment with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Complimentary snacks and bottle of prosecco waiting in the fridge! Large fridge and lots of kitchen utensils to cook with. Double pillows on the bed was great!

Leaving, but I am sure to return, tis such a splendid place.

The place was well stocked for 2, comfy sofa and bed. lots of extras freebie nibbles and bubbles on arrival which was a very nice touch. The shower was a bit tight, but good, bathroom fine. The decor was contemporary and the place was very clean. Friendly communications with owner and cleaner. The best part of this property is the location, I loved it! Situated on the banks near Guglie station, close tot he main drag. Lots of lovely cafes, bars and restaurants which are worth a visit. Nice to just sit with an Aperol spritz and watch the world go by such is the waterway there. A good recommendation for breakfast 100m from the front door was the Al Parlimento, fab bacon and eggs.

There wasn't a lot of storage space - a shelf in the bathroom and a few more drawers in the bedroom would have made life a little bit easier! The property is on a side street so it's quite dark. not a problem if you're out and about of course.

Great location and a very helpful and responsive host Lovely comfortable bed and great shower. There are lots of good restaurants and cafes on the canal and it's easy to get to wherever you want to get! Plus Cannaregio is much quieter than other areas, and feels more like the 'real' Venice

Wonderful place and comfortable to stay with all the facilities and was clean. The apartment is very close to train station which is great since a few minutes walk to carry lots of luggage :-) It's got public transport ferry a few steps away and wonderful restaurants around the corner.

We chose a ground floor apartment, which was great from a convenience standpoint. The compromise was that there was no view at all.

It was a self-catering apartment but our host left wine and snacks for us, which was much appreciated. It was a relatively easy walk wheeling suitcases from Venice Santa Lucia station and directly opposite the Guglie Vaporetto stop. There were many shops, bars and eateries nearby, and a supermarket not far away. The facilities in the apartment were excellent and the bed very comfortable. The bathroom was excellent.

Not so suitable for older or disabled persons as there are stairs to climb; construction going on on the opposite side, so a bit noisy already in the morning; restocking of coffee/tea/honey/jam was not done daily and in the cookie jar one cookie left for two persons, then better to provide none at all or fill it up before new guests arrive.

Well, what can I say, for this wonderful stay we did pay a price. Looking at other reviews for accommodation in Venice, Palace Riello really met all the promises, made in the description.

We were greeted by the landlord when we arrived in front of the accommodation. The Mini Bar was for free use and coffee plus coffee machine was made available for us. We could walk from the station. All nice and easy, no problem at all. Daily cleaning. daily refilling of coffee, daily re-filling of towels (big, soft), comfy bed, very quiet, good AC, nice pubs, bars, restaurants and public transport in easy reach, 15 Min walking to San Marco, main shops in walking distance, 10 Min max walking to St Lucia, all really nice. We had a wonderful time.
