I wanted to speak more Italian with the staff since I had been working in Rome for a year and speak Italian relatively good but they saw a foreigner and preferred English. Not a problem here just a regret. Nice hotel for the price.

The hotel is ideal for traveling with a car. It has a free private parking, as well as plenty of public parking nearby. It has a good breakfast included in the price. The staff were very nice and friendly people. Grazie mille per tutto!

Great place to stay. Great value. Owner is a really nice person. Breakfast was great. Room was nice and big. Parking was convenient. Would stay there again. We visited from US and found the place/owner great.

The restaurant (breakfast room) is obviouly under construction and therefore the breakfast was in the bar .. unfortunately not heated and not cozy

Only thing which could be better is the bath tube, namely the shower, but it is ok.

It is a small hotel near the road to Triesta. It is in a quiet area. The place is very clean, ve had big room, everything vas very clean.

Nothing to do about the property, but restaurant facilities are very much limited in the close proximity to the hotel. So it was a twenty min walk or a short drive to a restaurant, but this stay was booked for its location nearest to the Slovenia boarder.

Clean, comfortable functional hotel, with added secure parking. Staff very good and the room air conditioning worked well. This was an on-route overnight stop with the final destination being Croatia, the location of this hotel was perfect with only a 30/40 minute drive to the Slovenia boarder.

The A/C was very weak and it was very hot - no ceiling fans or portable fans. There was no mini- refrigerator although certainly room to do so. The underground parking garage was very steep to get into, and the lighting was weak.

The room was big and had a balcony. It had an elevator to get to the room. It had parking. It was next to a pharmacy although we did not use it. The buffet breakfast was in their restaurant on ground level.

David is one of the most polite host Ive ever met. Was very very helpful in all connections. The accommodation is very clean, there was cleaning service every day. The rooms are quite big and spacious. The place is very calm. Although the hotel is not on seaside it is around 10 minutes walk to reach the beaches. Breakfast was ham, cheese, egg, bakery staff, etc, very delicious. Drinks are different juices or mineral water of coffee if you liked. Hotel having own parking space, so eased our life to pack up and down the things we had to the car. Also there is elevator.

Air conditioning went out in both rooms in the middle of the night but easily resolved by opening the patio window.

Easy to find. Ideal for crossing the border the next day. Very helpful staff told us about a great restaurant at the end of the street. Great stop over Very wheelchair friendly.

Very clean and comfortable place to spend a night. Good communication with the personal. We even received breakfast as a gift which was very nice. Printing documents we needed for the border wasn’t a problem. The personal was very helpful, polite and smiling. We highly recommend.

The walls are "paperthin". You hear everything from your neighbours, so not very much sleep. And for us sleeping is the most impotant factor in a hotel. Maybe the owners should invest some money in insulation of the walls?
