We have people and automated systems that specialize in detecting fake reviews submitted to our platform. If we find any, we delete them and, if necessary, take action against whoever is responsible.
Anyone who spots something suspicious can always report it to our Customer Service team so that our fraud team can investigate.

United States of America- My apartment was on the first floor, and the door that leads you to the hall SLAMS hard every time unless you’re careful. This was a shock every time as you thought someone was knocking down a door each time while you were trying to relax in your room. They NEED to do something about this. - The whole place is a bit run down. It could use some remodeling.
The location is IT. It could not be better for a tourist (2 mins from Duomo) and great for a short stay. - The staff was friendly. - The room faced the street, which after 11pm was very quiet.

Fantastic location. Hard to find a hotel at that price point so close to the centre. Bedroom had a view on the small plaza.

NetherlandsIt feels quite run down overall. You're paying for the location but it was OK for 2 nights.
Great location in the heart of the city but away from the crowds. Lovely view overlooking a few quiet cafes and an open pedestrian area. Some noise in the early morning when the rubbish is picked up! It felt very safe as the Police station is nearby! Also there is someone at the reception 24 hours a day. Friendly and helpful staff. Pleased to have a little fridge but missed a kettle! Good blackout curtains and aircon.

United Arab EmiratesAs many properties in Italy there was no lift so if you have a heavy luggage you will struggle. Also the pillows are not too comfortable, pretty hard to be honest.
Great location, just in the central part of Milano. Walking distance to Duomo, and between two metro stations. Room is simple but sufficient. Nice view from the room to the square. Hot water in the shower.

SingaporeIt was a little hard to figure out how to lock my door - I could not use the deadbolt as it was misaligned. Instead, the door is considered locked when it latches, because from the outside there is no way to release the latch other than with the key. Although I was slightly disconcerted at first, this was a minor issue and the hotel was safe. There is 24-hour reception. The decor looks a little aged but is expected at this price.
Excellent location in the heart of Milan, practically a stone's throw from the Duomo. Easy to get around by foot to all the main sights and attractions (the metro station is close by too). As a solo female traveller I felt safe going back in the evenings. The room is cleaned every day.
