Everything was perfectly fine. The location is great because it's close to the bus stop to Venice (4-5 mins) and to other shops and some nice restaurants. At the same time, it's a very quiet and calm place. The apartment was well-equipped. We had everything we needed. The host was very nice, polite, and hospitable. My family and I had a great time staying in this apartment!

Great apartment in an excellent location with an exceptional host. The apartment is located a 10-minute bus ride from Venice, a 3-minute walk from the supermarket, the bus station, excellent ice cream, and a 10-minute walk from the center itself. The apartment itself is excellently equipped, it really has everything you need, spacious, very clean. The host Andrea is extremely kind, ready to help with everything, very proactive, he recommended restaurants, he helped us with everything, he really made our stay even more pleasant. We were with two small children and we have no complaints, if we come to Venice again we will definitely come back. All recommedarions for the apartment.

Host gave all information we needed; Venice more easily reachable by bus (stops 200m from the apartment, runs every 5 mins) then by train. Apartment is spacious, perfextly clean and equipped. Affordable parking in the street (0.8 eur per hour, 8 eur per day).

Lovely apartment in a good location with supermarkets and restaurants near by. The bus stop is a 2 minute walk which we took to Venice and the airport. I really appreaciated the bottle of wine. The kitchen is well equiped and the apartement is clean and comfortable.

I’ve chosen this apartment as my base spot for running Venice marathon as it is quite close both to Mestre train station and San Giuliano park. Bianca was really nice recommending some good restaurants in Mestre and Venice. We easily have found parking spot nearby. Apartment was very clean and comfortable.

The apartment was lovely and the location was great for our stay. There were shops, restaurants, takeaways, bars and the bus stop to get to Venice really close to the apartment. The bus was every 10 minutes, was cheap and it was quick to get to Venice. You can walk a little further and get to the centre of Mestre, where there are plenty more shops and places to eat/ drink. The ladies we dealt with were lovely and very helpful. We really liked the area and would definitely stay again.

The property was perfect, super clean, great condition, great location and very comfortable.I will return and I will recommend to everybody. The host Andrea is very helpful especially with us when we have fly delay of 5 hours and I was very impressed that he was waiting for us until 3 am in the morning. Thanks again Andrea for your help.

Nothing about the flat to worry about. There is not so much to find nearby in the evening but kind of expected from a residential area.

Flat was roomy and well organized. Quite well equipped. A/C worked well, so did the insect screens and repellents - no bites! Quiet area. Parking - I was worried about this but was quite easy to find around the property. Very nice welcome from the hosts. Easy to shop nearby. Very easy to get in and out of Venice itself. Main bedroom very comfortable. Sofa bed reasonable quality and comfortable. Not so many restaurants walking distance but we tried two (not recommended by host) and they were both good. We could not make it into the one that was recommended, so it must be great! Very quick access to Venice - Greece ferry (about 30').

There is nothing that we don't like at all!

Andrea and Bianca are very accommodating. As I travel for work and my husband is here partly for vacation, they provided us with two sets of keys. Although it was really hot, the air conditioning is great and with the windows closed, we can't hear any of the traffic or the construction site across the street. The neighbourhood is really nice with great restaurants within a few steps. Wifi is very fast and stable and great for working.
