Room air conditioners are not the best and can get a little stuffy and warm in room, opening the windows if weather permitting alleviated this, but then some city noise will make it to the room.

Conveniently locates next to Sta Luzia Train Station and Piazalle Roma as it is easy to walk to hotel with carry-on luggage on wheels; and then same as you check out. No need for a water taxi or walking up and down bridges with your luggage (from Pz. Roma there is one large bridge). Great breakfast, rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The rooms facing the canal are larger although more costly.

Lovely recently remodeled boutique hotel very close & convenient to the train station. Clean, comfortable, room with charming architectural detail. The hotel staff were very pleasant & helpful. The hotel offered breakfast, but we chose to eat in various cafes instead, as we had scheduled several tours that left early. Hotel’s location is right across from the Ponte San Lucia & water bus/taxi stops and close to lots of shops & restaurants. We highly recommend staying at this wonderful hotel! Thank you!

Beds are hard very loud stayed 3 nights 2 of the three couldn’t sleep because of noise on alley and the room above we had to call front desk one night the room above was so loud until 11:30 thought they were coming through the ceiling Limited tv Chanel’s again great location and staff are the only good things I can say Breakfast wasn’t worth the charge we cancelled breakfast after first day

No kettle in the room. My room facing the back alley, a bit noise. Water is 3 euro per bottle, while the supermarket next door sells 1 euro.

Very close to the train station and water bus station. Housed in a renovated building, room is not spacious and enough for single people. Breakfast is good with options.

There was the occasional noise, but I think that is expected if you're in a touristy area.

I liked the design of the room. It was very pretty, and just spacious enough so that it didn't feel too cramped. It was very close to the train station, so it was also convenient! The staff was very friendly as well.

The outside was getting done , with boards and graffiti on them , which we was not told about took the look off the hotel but I'm sure it will look good when finished .

The hotel was clean and comfortable in an excellent location , with fabulous restaurants right by . The water bus station and water taxi station right outside too . The hotel was undergoing a make over outside which we wasn't told about , didn't effect the inside though . Rooms were clean but very small , beds were so comfortable. Breakfast was good but pricey. 18.95 euro for a buffet breakfast. Staff where all very helpful .
