From casa nuovo (airport shuttle drop off) to the hotel is a 3-5min walk and you need to cross the street. There is no pathway for walking so need to watch out for cars. From casa nuovo (airport shuttle pick up) to airport is a bit more convenient as the stop is closer to the hotel

Very close to the airport, accessible via free airport shuttle (near sheraton hotel. Recommend travelers to look up in advance how to reach area for free airport shuttle). Also acccessible via hotel shuttle (15 euro per ride). Breakfast had wide range of options

The free bus and where the stops are in BOTH directions would help. Maybe a map explaining the route both ways with the stops clearly marked

We arrived at the hotel with the free airport shuttle, the bus dropped us off in the middle of the road on the way to the hotel and it was very dark luckily it was a relatively short walk. Breakfast is quite poor

The hotel is located inside the airport, you can reach it with a free shuttle or a paid shuttle from the hotel. Just what you need for a few hours, a good sized room and shower.

No meal options available for people arriving during the afternoon, other than bar snacks. Nothing near by to get food, had to wait until restaurant opened at 7 pm.

Room was overheated. Few more choices at breakfast would have been good.

Just needed a night’s stay between flights. We took a taxi to the hotel €28 and then the free shuttle bus back the following morning. Big bedroom but couldn’t put the AC lower than 20c. On the plus side the window opened. Excellent staff at breakfast.

Ok for short stay between flights/travelling. Clean room and bathroom. Free shuttle bus from the airport. Breakfast is nothing extraordinary but everyone will find something to eat. Dogs are allowed and it cost us 20 euros.

Breakfast could have been better, the fruits were a bit old and could have been more fresh stuff.

The free shuttle service between T1 and T2 stops near the hotel. Late check out was also nice.

Had an issue with room door lock, wouldn't open properly but went down to desk, and they advised a push technique while using key card

Near to the airport, easy free parking, and a really good alternative restaurant/bar 5 mins walk away. Hotel buffet breakfast ok. Really large double bed, and good size fold down bed, all nicely presented

The hotel shuttle to the airport (for which you have to pay extra) dropped me off at the arrivals instead of the departures. If I am paying 15 Euros for a 1 minute drive I would at least expect to be dropped off at the right gate.

Very decent open buffet breakfast. They also give a snack pack if you leave for a very early flight. Very friendly staff.

Bus stop to free shuttle should be shown properly in map ( & Map to be visually in the easy reach of hotel guests) Area in car park needs to be more smooth for luggege trolley bag movement
