There was no on site shop ,the shower in your room was very small, the sun lounges could do with been replaced

The booking manager was rude on arrival. Was put in wrong room anitially then when asked for a kettle etc they then decided to move us into what should have been our room.The maid never changed the sheets and got a bit arsy when my daughter asked for a clean sheet for my grandson WiFi hardly worked no matter where you was around hotel .Nothing for children to do even though they say their main concern is for families with kids.Lasanas is a dump, rubbish everywhere, broken paving where there is some.Only good for young adults who want to party/clubbing

This was a last minute holiday and for the money it was a great accommodation. Upon Arrival I got there before the check in time and they were able to check me in a bit earlier. The staff were friendly and always there if you needed anything. Good Bar and Pool Area. The room is cleaned and fresh towels daily on my visit. Really good location 5 minutes from the strip.

We had to come at 1/2am due to a flight being cancelled. We booked through booking.com and it hadnt come through when we arrived, yet, the staff were extremely understanding. They had given the room I booked to someone else and yet they honoured the price I booked and gave us a better room. The staff were so accommodating and made sure we had everything we needed and made sure that we knew that they would help the next day in any way they could. The room was new and well made - beds comfortable, aircon worked well, bathroom was great, fridge, vanity, etc. Was a very close walk to the laganas strip. The reception helped us the next day as well for recommendations and gettimg back to airport.

The bed is super uncomfortable it felt like sleeping on iron its that bad. you have to pay for the air that you breath there, the AC costs 70 euros per week which is crazy its supposed to be for free, if u bring a guest to ur room even for 1 min you need to pay 50 euros, for using the lock another 20 euros, for losing ur key another 50 euros, same as the internet…and this goes on…if you wanna book there make sure to add extra few hundreds of euros to the total price, Some of the staff where super nice like a girl named sada and another guy that works at nights i dont know his name, but on the other hand we had to argue with the girl working on bar at night for like 10 mins just to get 2 plastic cups for our drinks, and we had no cups in our rooms it was ridiculous. In general i do not recommend this hotel and if i go back in time i will never even consider booking there.

At first, when you arrive in the hotel, you have to pay a tax and take your passport for your room. You also have to pay a tax for climate cooler in your room extra. The personal is very unfriendly. It is not to recommend for the price.

- The shower itself is extremely small, which made showering quite tricky. - It’d be great if they could open their shop on site, it’d definitely drive revenue for the hotel and save a lot of hassle for the residents when it comes to going out to get water and drinks etc

- The breakfast was pretty damn good actually, I’ve been the Zante 5 times now, and I’d argue they do the best break (especially for the value ). - Rooms are a great size, beds are decent and the pillows are AMAZING. - Theodora was lovely and very accommodating. - customer service was great, our shower was broken upon arrival, by the afternoon we had a fantastic new shower head. - Air conditioning was a GODSEND, trust me just pay for it, it’s worth it 100%

DON'T GO HERE! On the arrival, everything was great, and we thought it's going to be a nice stay, but on our 4th day 300€ was stolen from our room. 100€ each (what are the chances 🤷🏼‍♀️). The hotel manager was very nice at first, but in the end she protected the cleaning lady or someone else who probably took it, and tried to tell us we left the door open, even after she looked at the cameras and saw nothing on there (plus it would be almost impossible to go through the balcony, as there are 2 doors on the second floor). We knew we couldn't get anything back and decided to enjoy the last 2 days without police and all the fuss, but it was definitely a major disappointment. We didn't come to Zakinthos to drink and party, we came to have a vacation and rest, so we know we didn't lose it or spend it. And I will never get over how people can be like this, but I guess that's how this life works, which makes me really sad 😏 I regret a little bit about not calling the police, but I guess what goes around comes around. We'll see.

Rip off.. The management know exactly what there doing, they take 50 and know full well no one is getting it back? What hotel tells you, you cant drink shop brought water around the pool? So many cameras feels like being on big brother
