Apartment and reception was in different places. Not so far, in next street, but full of lagages, not so young percon hade some dificulties to reach the room

We had a stroller. It was difficult to get to the apartment with the stroller but possible and somewhat expected since it is an old building in the middle of Verona.

not clean. we had to ask for a mop as we were sticking to the floor. they hadn’t turned the heat on to welcome us so it was freezing for hours and hot water took ages.

The access was very strange. There was no easy exit to the street in case of fire. The hot water was sporadic. There was no hot water at all the morning of October 4.

The location was fantastic. It was very spacious and comfortable.

The beds were not as comfortable as you find in some rentals but they were perfectly functional.

The location is very central and the apartment is excellent. It was a shame we weren't spending more time in the apartment!

The wifi did not work well while we were there. I slept on the sofa bed and was next to the router, still the wifi signal was poor. My sister in the main bedroom would often not have internet. Also, we were supposed to leave the keys inside on our way out but to get out of the main gate, we needed the keys. So I had to run down to open the gate, let me luggage and family outside & then come back up to the apartment to leave the keys there. How do people get out if they are by themselves?

Location was great, we walked everywhere. Space was enough for the 3 of us & had a laundry machine. Collecting keys was easy and close by. Joy, the girl who I met to get the keys, was lovely. She showed us around, explained basic details and information.

There could be a few more things that would make this property exceptional. the beds were squeaky and could be upgraded for a comfortable sleep. there is air con but only in the larger bedroom and the living room. the second bedroom was quite warm. the water heater was tricky and there was not consistent warm water for the showers. there were no basic condiments for the kitchen (salt, pepper, oil, etc). the front door key was really tricky and it required a phone call to management at midnight to try and get back into the flat (we practiced the next day and learned the trick)

The location cannot be beat! Located in the center of the shopping district but it has the luxury of being very quiet! The space was very large and had an elevator. there were two bathrooms! a huge plus. reception was able to hold our backs before and after our stay so we could tour around more.

I have nothing negative to say about the property, everything was great!

We spent 6 nights here in May 2024 and had a wonderful time. The apartment was in an excellent location right in the heart of the centre. Easy check in process and the apartment was spotless and had everything that we needed during our stay. Hosts were very responsive when we had a question and really couldn’t have been more helpful. I would thoroughly recommend this apartment to anyone staying in Verona.

There were a number of issues that concerned me, the smell of gas in the kitchen, the leaking bath tub, the loose toilet seats, the broken shower head. However the management offered a similar apartment on the floor above the same day and there was no issue in the new apartment.

The staff spoke excellent English and were helpful.

There were no slippers. As the house is with tiles they are necesary.

The location of this apartment deserve 5 Star, in the main street of Verona, 5 min walk from Piazza Bra and Elbe. It was very clean, towel and sheets smell very nice. The staff was very helpful. They let as to make early check and accompany us to the apartment.
