It was a little hard to find the right place to go - instructions sent prior to arrival would solve this. The shower being located within the room and right at the front door was strange. There was no shower curtain or privacy at all which can be awkward for friends sharing a room. It would have been better to have the shower in the bathroom and the sink in the main room but even a shower curtain/some form of privacy would help.

Newly renovated room in a great location of Milan. Close to a piazza that had nice restaurants and cafes.

It is a really nice location. The train station and the main attraction are both within walking distance. We receive clear instructions from the front desk staff for our trip back to the airport. That was very nice.

The check in progress was very difficult to figure out. The bed was very stiff and we found ourselves tossing and turning all night long. Also while the location is great for visiting the cathedral it was also very loud with traffic and people. The window was very hard to open and close too

The room was nicely heated and very clean. Also I loved how we had all the bathroom amenities we needed. The location to the cathedral was perfect for our stay. The slippers that were provided were also a nice touch.

Couldn't get the heating system to work, room was a little dark so you definitely wouldn't spend a whole pile of time in the room. No where to leave our luggage on check out which wasn't ideal with a late flight home but not a huge deal either. .

Location was great, lots of lovely restaurants near by, right in the heart of things! Room was lovely, hotel was quiet, shower was really nice! Easy and straight forward check in and out , we arrived at 8pm. Steam iron 🙌

The check in procedure should be better explained. Since it is not a proper hotel, it can be tricky to get in and find the “reception desk”. Also, it could use some renovations. Out toilet seat was broken, for example. But overall good.

We arrived at night and the location was abit sketchy. Also the shower has two heads but when both used at once the room will begin to flood

There isn’t anything I disliked about our stay. Tea bags there, but Maybe a mug? but that’s coming from a Brit :)

Perfect for a few nights, not a 24 hour receptionist but still very easy to get room key. Location is perfect. Rooms cleaned each day and a comfortable bed. Also had a secure place to leave our bags due to a later flight coming home. Couldn’t ask for much more.

The location does not have a 24/7 reception, and we arrived at 11 pm, so we needed to coordinate with the owner (who was kind), but still, required us to have a phone connection. In addition, there are ongoing renovations right next to the building and the room was very noisy in the morning.

The location is superb. It is in the middle of the city, close to public transportation, Duomo Square and other attractions. The staff was kind and the room was nicely decorated. We enjoyed our stay.

Window frame is old and cold is coming inside. Also the room is not sound proof and you can hear everything around..
